  • In Scrum, we start our day with the Daily Scrum and we start our Sprint with the #SprintPlanning. Those are the two principal planning events in #Scrum. And planning is essential to any team's success, along with the #SprintGoal
One of the good practices in Scrum is to divide the planning into two parts:
    - First part is planning what goes into the Sprint and defining the #SprintGoal
    - Second part is for deciding how the team will accomplish the Sprint Goal
What's more, let's see what the Sprint Goal has to do with our biology and dopamine! #agilestateofmind #sprintplanning #dopamine #capacity

@Maria, 2020 scrum guide still uses commitment to describe sprint goal. The word forecast is missing from sprint goal definition

Good catch. As for the rest I think it is still valid info for how to run a Sprint Planning :)

Are you goi g to update this to the 2020 Guide model that brings in the “Why”?

I was thinking about it. Maybe. Although, I think if you do what I describe here it's already a lot and the Sprint Planning should go smootlhy.
