Hi Daria! Thank you for all this useful information. Currently I'm leading a team of 17 members! 9 devs, 4 Devops, 1 QA and 3 Data Scientist. Our Daily Scrums take quite long since it's a large team. What can I do??
@svolkmar2k, your team has grown too big that's why you are struggling with timeboxes. It's easy to see during Daily Scrum since the timebox is so short. But I would recommend paying attention to other events and meetings as well as they are probably also suffering. Basically, you are not really getting the value you should from them. It may be the time to consider splitting it.
