Hey Adewale, Kanban metrics is a broad subject. Start with Cumulative Flow Chart. If you are using JIRA you can add a JIRA Flow Companion extension to your Chrome browser and it will help you see some Kanban metrics.

Hello Maria, this video is great and extremely helpful to me! For another video I wanted to ask your thoughts on a ScrumMaster - like role for a Kanban team. In Kanban their are no defined roles but my job is to be a KanbanMaster (I know this term doesn't exist but bear with me lol) for an operational team. Have you had experience working with someone in a scrumMaster role but on a Kanban team?
Hey Darby, thanks for your comment! Really appreciate that! You know what I think? That we renamed the SM to Agile Coaches in EU to avoid this confusion. In the end the role is very similar, it is to promote Agile mindset and the means to do that can be via Scrum, Kanban, XP practices etc. I am sure you are doing a great job there! Will think about a video about the subject, thanks :)

If the kanban have only dev, testing, qa, and req in board what can be the issues with that board?
What is the req is kanban board
