Do u use roasted or u roasted flour pls.
There is no need to roast the flour, just use as it is. Store brought fresh flour.

Yeast is required for the fermentation of the batter, to get this texture for the Chittaps
Hi can u put coconut milk powder nd how much to add.
Add 3 tbsp of coconut milk powder to a cup of warm water, stir and use. Hope this helps.
