Here I just want to remind the person in western countries who want to practice with 5 points. 1) better practice in the early morning at the time when the sun just are going to rise. Toward the sun facing east direction. 2) practice first then half hour or one hour later can have breakfast 3) after practicing, Can't touch water. Maybe one hour later or more can touch. In my opinion, after practicing Qi and Blood circule running. You touch water can break and block them in one area. 4)each step, You need practice and repeat at least 5 times but at most 9 times. 5) woman need stop practice 3 days ahead of her period. and stop practicing during pregnant.

八部金刚,确实可以运动到人体常年运动不到的地方,运动一下可以让自己身心愉悦。
年纪大的人动作一定要慢,慢是个程度词,难以掌握,最基础的是要保证不要让自己扭伤,在自己慢慢熟练和适应以后才能循序渐进。
