Colin was pitch perfect this video, which is really saying something given how all of the Tryers were bringing their A games. It's as if he put everything he learned from being behind the camera all into this one video. Like 8:48 where he says he doesn't need to drink the whole thing to be cool, then at 10:12 he makes the call back joke, and finally 11:15 he downs the rest of the drink anyways. Just Well done sir! You deserve a huge standing ovation for that performance.

I went to an "Irish" pub in a little city called Sumy in eastern Ukraine once... it was called O'Toole's, they didn't have any Guinness, but they did have Bailey's and Irish Mist. It was very surreal, seeing it for the first time at night while walking though a park toward my apartment. Everything was in Russian, until I glanced to my right and saw a 4-leaf clover and it's name, had to go in. They had a live band from Poland, because, you know, it's closer to Ireland and that seemed good enough for them. Fun night though, and it was the first Irish pub that I've ever been to where NOBODY claimed to be Irish.
That's funny. I've been in US cities where Irish bars are loaded with people claiming to be 12th generation Irish etc. After talking to them, it emerges their family left Ireland during the famine, so 180 years ago...
@@rocknrollnobody That would make it 12th generation and don't be a gate keeping asshole and allow people to be proud n' carry on their Irish legacy. In fact America has way more of a Irish population then Ireland does itself due to the famine when the farm owners booted them out of their own country because they found it more better & less expansive to pay for their passage their "freedom" in USA then fixing the main problem itself in Ireland and don't forget the mayflower. The problem is when foreign gate keepers don't find it right for folks to carry on their Irish pride or whatever their culture maybe. Irish pubs in America are excellent and the biggest spots you will find folks who are of irish is decent is New York and Boston.
My prior roommate is from Sumy, her family is still there... Not a great place to be for the last few years, Eastern Ukraine.
@@AndrewAMartin Yeah, the last time I visited Ukraine was just before the Russians seized Crimea. That actually forced my plans to change, as I was going to take a woman I met on holiday to Crimea. We went to Odessa instead. It makes me so very sad to see what's happened to places I visited in the southeast, and how the war has broken an already weak economy.
As coincidence has it, I was just thinking over the weekend that my favorite Try videos are the ones where they try either spicy stuff or booze. So thanks for making a video just for me!
