St. George makes a great single malt whiskey. The other stuff they produce can be a bit hit or miss, but i have served the whiskey to non-whiskey drinkers and they have enjoyed it. It can be really hard to find though.
When will you do Aussie rums? Gotta love the good ol Bundaberg Rum. If you order from their factory you can get flavoured and such. Bundaberg Rum's Royal Liquor is freakin delicious!
