This is going to be a great journey to find what maintenance land looks like and how these meds can help with quality of life. Thank you for being at the forefront of this and letting us know what’s happening;
Thank you so much from those of us who are on compounds. Having competent options gives us such peace. In the beginning our choices were very limited. This changes the game.
Incredible that your first shipment & the freeway would be shut down would coincide!!!! Thankfully a porch pirate didn't get your package and your friend could help you retrieve it and store the medication before it got hot. Glad you had a great experience with IViM. Looking forward to seeing your next videos. Take care!
Dosage goes up in consultation with your provider. Typically you would take a starter dose, for tirzepatide that is 2.5mg. That is typically for 4 weeks but people stay on it longer. Really that does is meant to get your body acclimated to the medication. After 4 weeks, you would move up to 5mg if things go well. Then every 4 weeks, you would work with your provider to determine if and when you should move up to the next dose. Dosage goes up to 15mg in 2.5mg increments. Hope that helps!
