That forged carbon is cool. Think that's the first time I've seen someone do it. The 3d printed splitter was awesome. I wish I understood the programs and how to work them I'd do a kit on my cnc out of insulation foam like another guy on here did
Damn dude your always doing the coolest stuff. That 3d printer is wild. Ive never seen one in action. Thanks for sharing as always and keep up creativity flowing!!!
@avtfilm1868 I don't have any specific brands, I use alot of different materials depending on what the use is for. In this video I used PETG, because it was going to be covered with carbon I wasn't worried about dropping of the material from heat. And PETG has a high melting point compared to PLA.
thank you so much sir for answering my question. i am worried because i want to do it myself I'm planning to make a belly pan but i only have PLA is it okay even if i cover it with carbon or i will change my print using PETG.?
Sorry for the late reply, if I understand what your trying to make. If your going to be making any parts that are around heat or will get hot for any reason petg is better. If your going to be making parts in engine bays, bet to just make the parts out of carbon, use the 3d printed for just the mold.
3D printers are convenient. If you have this, it will be fun to make various aero parts.
Yeah ill try my best to make more parts using 3dprinted parts.
I like watching others builds. Always either learn something, or just enjoy the process. Looks great dude!
Thanks
Good job, looks awesome! 👍
Thanks Fam, I appreciate the comment 👊🏾

@GlassWerx yeah man that would be the correct way to make parts.

That lingo sounds like you from Atlanta. But I'm not sure what you asking.
My bad what I meant was do you do subwoofer boxes or dashboard and console work?
I do, I build!!! Lol that's what I do.! FYI I live in the US Virgin Islands, so shipping would be required.
is it PLA?
No, the plastic is petg.
Sandpaper? No I don’t hear about it
I just use 80grit for all my 3d printed projects
