Your execution of those drills was very impressive! Average joes don't understand how difficult those types of things are, I consider myself fairly athletic but I still might have ended up on my face at some point throughout that battery

Would u also say that u could be doing more rotational work (both sides) to counter balance the left side deficiencies or is it from old injuries? Thanks for sharing, Matt!
+Mike M Our boy Matt crushed the home position, but we were able to progress and CHALLENGE the position by asking him to "protect" it as arm(s) and leg(s) moved away from the home position. This is the essence of developing an athlete... stress to progress!

As warm up sets, are you doing single leg lowering, supine bird/dogs, & plank variations w/ SL movements?

When you went up into the dead bug effortlessly I was surprised, that stretch is nooo joke.
