Awesome Mitchell. Just found where my hips sit. Squatted with my knees more out and toes out. Felt absolutley fantastic. Also no joint popping at that angle while moving legs laying down.

One of the most, if not the most, technically knowledgeable elite strongman in the game. Not only genetically gifted and hard working but educated as well.

not genetically and not hard working , you got to be kidding , You don't become the WSM if you are not gifted or don't put in the effort . I think you don't know anything about strongman or genetics

Anybody have any insight into strength training coaches in the GTA?
I’m trying to get away from snippets of online pandering, to an actual structural program to improve my physical well-being .

I love the no nonsense approach. But please go on to another sport... I get the feeling you're going to become so dominant that you'll make it boring 😆
Or maybe we can handicap you with an eye patch and a weighted vest or something to make it fair 😂
