Thanks for the video. There will be one more release in Japan, it's the same but has a "Best hits music CD" instead of digital download. BTW there is clearly enough space for a CD in that box.
Apparently being in North America we were not worthy (they were too cheap) of having a CD included and was instead graced with a download code (I just found out today that other regions got a CD instead of the code)
