    Nice video man! 👊 If a Games athlete started his training in the park, no one has an excuse on why they can’t train! 🔥🔥🔥

    Use parks, that really is great advice. I really like to workout outside too, even if the weather isn't so nice. I wish more of them had pull up bars. I've found a few local playgrounds that have parallel bars and swings, etc. which is pretty awesome. The only silly thing is making sure to let the kids take priority 😋 When I was in california, it was pretty easy to find a place with a pullup bar, you could either go to a public park or the local high/middle/elementary school and they would have them. Living up in Seattle, seems like you have to really look to find a proper pullup bar. Hanging from goal posts is a great idea, why didn't I think of that 😂 You could probably hang rings from them if you're careful. One other "tool" I found useful are mini paralletes, you can get them on Amazon for about $30. I've found those helpful for handstands and HSPU's, or even just regular pushups, especially if my wrist is bothering me. They are tiny, I literally take them in my gym bag, probably weighs a few pounds.

    Sorry, I’m starting the CrossFit Training but don’t have gym this area. This area have the fitness center only. I want to train the CrossFit. How I start at home or gym? Thank you. I started the weight training program so long time.

    I wish CrossFit published a real book that actually had everything you needed to get started depending on the path you take. From the methodology to making your own program, to nutrition, etc. All of it will be in color and have pictures and easy to follow instructions. And have other chapters dedicated for advanced users as well.

    All good with the parks and conditioning, but during that time how often did you went to the conventional gym to squat and deadlift heavy, so you can develop your strength?

    • @ColeSager
      @ColeSager  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I was a student at the time, so I had access to a conventional gym and lifted 3-4 times/week to develop strength. Exactly why I recommend getting a traditional gym membership at the very minimum if you can!

    So many movements you can do just in your basement or driveway with minimal equipment. Just a basic sit up ,push up (hand stand,piked)air squat (maybe weighted ) burpees , box jumps , walking lunges ,jump rope , overhead squats ,runs etc
    . Add in a couple DB’s for cleans or snatches .. have done plenty of modified workouts in my room or at a hotel gym . Add the reps , movements and a time limit or duration and compete with yourself

    • @ColeSager
      @ColeSager  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So true! There are so many options with just minimal equipment, if any.

    So I can’t afford the gym and I’m to awkward to go to the park I’m very self conscious and I would feel like people are staring at me, anyone else agree? Also I’m lucky I have an exercise bike and barbells but they aren’t that heavy.
