IMO, Rodgers best "last gasp of success" in the NFL would be with the 49ers. They have the table set on offense and defense, are an instant success as Brady had down in Tampa for his first year, as a lot of those players are really anxious as their careers are over 1/2 way done, so they just need a good experienced quarterback to solidify the situation for a couple of years and then Purdy can take over...
Rodgers has spent the last 4 years fighting with his current head coach over the offensive scheme. Kyle Shanahan runs the same scheme that Matt Lafleur does. Rodgers to 49ers would be a disaster.

@@justthings6405 But what youre not getting is they wont make the super bowl by letting Rodgers be offensive coordinator. His preferred scheme sucks. Shanahan's scheme actually works but Rodgers will refuse to buy in. This is about Rodgers' pride, not Shanahan's.

Chris Simms sounds stupid saying Lamar Jackson's problem is no quality WRs after Mahomes wins the Super Bowl with cast off WRs who couldn't make it on other teams and wouldn't have made the Eagles roster. Brady won so many Super Bowls while Randy Moss was on the Patriots after all.

Look , Rodgers is a Hall o' famer , there's no doubt about that . that being said ....I just think there's more of an up side to getting Derek Carr for the Jets ! & if they do , I predict that in the first two years they either go to the Superbowl , or the very least the AFC championships !
Anyone willing to pay Rodgers contract for a guy who cant run, throws almost all 5-10 yard passes and hasnt won a superbowl in over a decade is nuts. He will never win another Super Bowl.

I could easily see Lamar in Miami. He's from Miami, far better QB than Tua and far faster than him. It would easily be the fastest offense in the NFL.
Giving 40 million a year to Daniel Jones is insanity. In his supposed brilliant break out season he threw for 15 tds. Franchise him for one year at and revisit the situation next Jan.

Lamar is talented, and no doubt and vikings would actually be a great team for him to join. The nfc north is open for the taking, and jackson and Jefferson would have success offensively together. But simms needs to get his head out hurts ass here. You want to know what jalen does better compared to lamar. Win games. 25-11 in two years as the starting qb, including the playoffs. If that's not impressive to you, I don't know what else jalen hurts can do then 🤷
