Well, if you've seen this video before/looks familiar, I am re-uploading it because I made a mistake in the original video by placing the wrong instrument for Channel 2 (which I had some trouble with originally, since I had some trouble figuring out what instrument is in the song). I fixed it now, so that's good news.
I also did some Quality-of-Life changes, such as fixing the Ocarina and Oboe peaking so high on the oscilloscope, it doesn't peak to the ceiling. I added an extra part to the composition as well.

You'd need a soundfont, theres a lotnof OoT ones out there. If you can find one, the instrument presets would be:
Channel 0 - Ocarina
Channel 1 - Organ/accordian
Channel 2 - Oboe
Channel 3 - tambourine
Channel 4 - pizzicato strings
