I'm a bit of a metal head, but I am also a jazz/classical/contemporary trombone player, and Apocalyptica is the best of both worlds. The expressiveness and technique of classical cello, plus the awesomeness of modern metal.
The thing I love about Cello is that it sounds exactly the same live or in a recording studio, it doesn't need to be edited, because it already sounds amazing.

What I love about them is they get all the little nuances of Metallica into the songs...but they can lay down some serious emotion with their versions. Like someone mentioned b4,it would be incredible if both bands could play together. If they did already,I dont know about it.
Its not a competitor on Metallica, its a nice way of being diffrent and i love em for showing me M's songs can be played on otherwise marginal instruments. Very original and very cool!

these guys are you just have a open mind to listen to them. still great performace and you have to give them some credit for being able to take a good song and give it a good twist.

If practice makes perfect then why do people keep saying noboody is perfect? But still keep on practicing, if I can slaightly play this on my guitar you can sure as hell play it on the real deal.
