Sorry for the late response. Yeah I'm not sure why they don't have the hole on the Universal version. Especially since it looks like it's from the exact same molds. It's still pretty cool though and much more affordable. 😁
I forgot to mention that these boards have some pretty good heft to them. The Universal one is slightly lighter than the Matty version. The Matty one is hefty even without the batteries in place.
How many we made with the limited edition?
I don't know how many they made.
The ones they are selling recently have really dipped in quality control again. I got a few new and they have some pretty apparent creases in the main sticker. Quite annoying.
Oh that's too bad that they've let the quality go down. You'd think by now considering how many they've made that they would have the stickers on smoothly.

great video. I hope it's ok that I link your video in the description to a video I'm currently uploading. I don't really cover a few things which you do so well. I mainly talk about my disappointment in the Mattel version hahaha. I love it to bits but I was was unlucky to get one where the stick adhesive was coming off from when I got it new in the box.

@@outsider238 not your fault hahaha. But my Halloween store one looks better. I know people have re-printed them. I'm just not too sure in terms of "authenticity" if it will impact it
@@PapadumGeek It would probably affect the value I'm sure by replacing the stickers. I got lucky as both of the Hoverboards I got were in good shape.

It was $60 for the Universal version. I'm not sure if it still is now.
