I just received mine! (Regular edition) and I'm absolutely blown away... The build quality is just incredible and I never expected it to be this huge/heavy. Thanks a lot for your review and great channel btw!
Is looks great. Diamond Select has made these and does reissues them every couple of years it’s more of a toy though but still prop size and lighting and sound. I have one that I bought from Bob’s Prop Shop and he did his pretty close to what has been done here minus the sound but light almost the same including time dispersal with a very bright LED in the middle and also remote control. I love and some of the parts he used are metal not resin. This one is great since it is officially licensed. It’s a shame that even though they paid for the license they didn’t have access to the real prop for 100% accuracy. Thanks for the share!
They made two versions. The first one included an LED in the middle which was not screen-accurate. They removed this for the second version and branded the box with the Back to the Future II logo.
Lots of thought went into this product. It’s great to see a vendor put something out with this level of attention to accuracy.
yeah, it's a really nice piece
It looks great. It would have been nice if they could have concealed the LED strip somehow for when the door is open.
The only place I can think of would be to do it on the door. if not I don't think you could get that lighting effect for the time travel sequence?

it's pretty nice! They did a really good job. Did you watch the video with the designer of the replica? Thanks for watching!
@@mariuscinematicuniverse Sure did! Excellent deep-dive! I discovered your channel not too long ago and am going through them all :D
It better be awesome for that much money.
onlee thing that is missing is a Flux per cycle knob.
Hi! I like it! Can you show pcbs inside electronic? I have real flux box :)
The manufacturer of the case on the screen used flux capacitor is made by Stahlin, which is pronounced stay-lin. Not like the soviet, Joseph Stalin.

It would have been nice if Petersen or whomever owns the hero car would have allowed access, but sounds like they got as close as they could without.
Pretty lame effect !
which effect, the lights?
