Just thought of this. Been watching everyone's channel all morning. Don't know if it would get back to @MattsOffRoadRecovery for next year's event, but: the Judges, who are taking bribes, should each represent a charity of their choosing. Basically, the bribes become donations. And they can accept "bribes" from anyone, even attendees. That's 15 different charities benefiting from this great community. Really happy it all went to the security guy's family this year ...oh shit! It could be like a fundraising foundation in the name of that security guy 🤔😯😲😳👍☺

And the competitors get there "bribe" money from corporate sponsorship, to a max of...well, to the max of whatever you want to raise for the charities. $10k? Maybe limit sponsors to 10 for each competitor, then they would have as much as $100k "bribe" money. All going to the charities represented by the corrupt judges...hand picked by the competitors themselves. The whole damn thing could be corrupt! I mean, everything else in this nation is, so why not 🤷♀🤪😂

The Army didn't get creature features pre WWII building the Canada-Alaska highway when the Army sold it the thing went to work skidding logs in Oregon got parked a few decades in the woods and everything was froze up when he drug it out to resurrect it

@@user-qr8ki8ue4i that was the best part of the video Merlin had so much fun blowing up his pre broke transfer case and to get another 1 built and installed to continue the next day and drive home shows it's not just for show when they do it again I think they should go to the other competitors stomping grounds just switch off every year where it's held every location would be as much of a destination vacation as this was I had to watch everyone's videos because they capture what you don't see in person although Paul banging up blue steel was scary definitely too close a call thank God nobody got hurt and losing Robert was sad but definitely overall a good time
@@davidwoermansr I saw that vid on Merlin's channel. That was a team of awesome right there. This is why we (women) don't rule the world. As a whole, we'd rather feed you homemade cookies while you all engineer stuff and kill yourselves testing it out. It's also the reason we live longer.
Have to admit that you guys are having fun with everyone and showing up every other event because not a piece of trash was left behind even the broken glass was picked up wish was more than enough. You guys set the standards for other events to follow. Over the top class.

I'm not a regular fan of BleepinJeep but I think you guys had the best overall video coverage of the whole event . I've watched most all the others and you nailed it .

I sure wouldn't want to bounce around like that, not at my age now, maybe when I was younger, but it sure was fun watching those two having a great fun time! I couldn't stop laughing!!

My favorite part of video, besides it all, was watching Colt and Merlin bouncing around in the Tow Mater and watching all the different emotions Colt showed from Pain, Shock, Fright, and absolute hildlike elation to the run. Great event just sorry I couldn't make it.

I have NEVER witnessed such corruption in judgment..payoffs made outright and without shame…payoffs BETWEEN judges…I think the real hero’s were Ben Cox ( Fab Rat’s ) and whoever it was in Merlin’s tow vehicle ! Man, what a ride ! Shawn ( trail mator ) and 😂Lizzy ( Matt’s ) had it easy ! At least Eric didn’t beat his tow driver up too bad !

I have to admit that I like Merlin's old army truck and with the torque that the Diesel he has in that truck there is not much he can't move.
And he drove it there with his jeep on a towbar behind it and drove it home over 300 miles 1 way that's confidence

I just noticed how long the hood is on Matt's worlds largest off road wrecker . He could call it the Yellow duck because it almost looks like a duck's bill. The wrecker is doing well in these competitions though for sure.

Colt you guys done a great job with your roles in the wrecker games. But I’m wondering why you felt compelled enough to get out of that diesel junk for your safety but didn’t have any concern about the safety of his pull car drivers safety. He didn’t use his winch to try to keep him from being jerked through that course just mash the gas so he could get to the finish line first. Should have been different I suppose.
Most other coverage has been light on BSF content (save for BSF themselves), yours has been the best overall. Biased towards your team naturally, but the most complete overall!

I think Merlins tow vehicle driver is going to need a lot of bribing next year and danger pay, and the tow cars are goin to need roll cages and safety belts helmets and mouthguards for the drivers and working brakes

About 18:45, Colt got an epic shot, all the sand, covered by fans, with snow capped mountains in the back... Might be a great shot to sell, lol!!

To me what defines a truck 🛻 as a real truck 🛻 is using it as a truck 🛻 Those sissy trucks that never get used for what it is intended for don't interest me, I like a good looking truck as much as the next guy, but a truck that can Do Work! Pull down and house, tow a vehicle, bust its ass and come back for more! Not some SEMA sissy! Some dents from weekend Rock Crawling Adventures , an occasional scratch, and Character for Miles! Who's cares you don't have 15 million HP or you have a missing fender flare! FTW! Real trucks 🛻 take a fkin beating and drive you to work on Monday! That's my type of truck 🛻 That's my Truck! And She looks amazing to me!

1. Dynos don't wheel. Dyno queens don't wheel. That dyno wasn't calibrated correctly. Hub dyno numbers would be different...higher.
2. Next year there should be minimum safety requirements for the competitors. A lap belt, with a shoulder belt being better and a harness is best. On board Fire extinguisher(s). Though there weren't any incidents this year....it's still a huge possibility and the negative media depicting injury or worse will definitely place the event in peril.
3. Only being 'gifted' Dr. Pepper Zero is worth points. Being offered lesser beverages will require points being deducted.
4. 'Sword' fights will require proper technique and scoring per Olympic standards.
5. Merlin's run was less finesse and more just brute force. I nominate him for official monster truck driver.
6. Rory's experience and mastery of his rig is next level. Matt and Paul have to get some miles under them in their new rigs to meet that.
7. Your antics and commentary were entertaining. More of that and I might have to had this channel to my rotation.

What an awesome event. Merlin is an animal! Definitely entertaining to watch. Matt and Rory were focused more on finesse which they use all the time when towing customer's rigs. I'm just glad no one got hurt...there were a couple sketchy moments, but that's all part of the fun as long as the chaos is controlled. When Merlin pulled his Isuzu over the crest of the chute I think the woman at the top saw her life flash before her eyes.

Year 1 wrecker games ..year 2 samorri games ..year 3 ...TBA... games .then back to wrecker..TH-cam should sponsor ALL of them .Because how many hours of great content have been created slowly over months then the climax in one week week .
As close as everyone was to the trail and the trucks it is pretty amazing nobody got injured.
