- We are probably gonna have to build an offroad wrecker even though we don't do recoveries but there's no better way then to learn from Rory. So we take on Kane Creek in Moab Utah to see what it takes. Also please don't forget to vote for us on the onX Offroad Build Challenge.

You guys need a hotdogger strapped to your exhaust manifold, so you can cook going down the trail! Another brand is the “muff-pot”
Watching rory on the first part of hamburger hill, after the second try, I was like I would be pulling cable but he won't, then he did lol. I know I got a huge learning session ahead of me coz I've never even used a winch but I got one, I'll be making videos of my journey starting with the stroker install in my 2000xj . I wish I'd have recorded all the other stuff I've done before I blew the motor haha. I love Watching all you guys and I really appreciate the knowledge ya'll pass along

It's amazing how Rory gets that wrecker and trailer through that trail, it is very tight at times!! A wrecker to compete in the games would be pretty cool if done properly!!

You know, if I were still into wheeling, and went out to some place like moab, I'd build myself a little off road minibike to ride my @ss out of the place when I got stuck or broke down. You can build a MEAN Coleman ct200u for like a thousand bucks! Plus that'd be a blast to rip around out there!
Guys, I have watched so much on recoveries, rock crawling, etc etc…I am shocked to find I can tell which way to set the tires to get over a tricky wall!!! 😮😂❤

bronco recovery,,,hhhaaaahhh,,, least my bronco dont sound like a helicopter..all that money spent on wheels susp., & still o/heats,,sad..maybe use a bronco rad..or buy a bronco..

Somehow the idea of building a wrecker just for the wrecker games doesn't sit quite right. Do you need one? Is it going to be a working wrecker? Do you or Matt really need a wrecker? Part of the attraction of the wreckers that were at the games is they are all working wreckers. I would think it would also be fun being "so judgy" without responsibility.
Rory has been here with a trailer... ; ) . amazing where I have taken, ridden with some old cowboys hauling a four horse trailer, with animals. talk about weight shifting in a trailer.

The part that leaves guys banging their heads on the steering wheel is about the time the guy feels like he's getting it down pretty well he sees Rory going up this scrawny trial in his dually wrecker with a busted side-by-side on the trailer. There's a 500 foot drop on the passenger's side, a vertical cliff going straight up on his left, and Rory is steering with one hand while he's shooting video with the other!! It ain't nothin' but another day in his "office!!" 😅🤣
