You’re teaching me all the stuff I feel every girl should know growing up but is never taught. You’re truly like a big sister for many of us. Men usually have the upper hand because they are not leading with their hearts but instead are allowing their southern regions and their minds to lead. When you think about it in that way, it puts things into perspective of my using your head instead of your heart is vital.

My question is, what’s the point of trying to marry men at all if all they’re going to do is turn around and start dating other women while you’re married?
Of course not all married men cheat on their wives...I think that if they marry a woman who is 100% their type then the chance of them stepping outside of their marriage would be slim to none.
Alimony, financial security for you and for your children, 401k, trust funds, life insurance..:.stability and security. I am not naive to think that a man may not cheat. I rather get married well and have the financial security then the alternative. My goal is to marry for social advancement and finance. And I think more black women need to start looking at marriage as there security in life.

I had this situation happen to one of my online friends. Of course the dude does not reveal until after 'the sex' that he is talking to another woman and that he feels a stronger connection to her. My online friend refuse to acknowledge the fact that she had sex with this guy far too soon. And probably could have avoided the heartache had she feel the guy out a bit more. She gave it up after only one date. That's silly.

Could you please explain how you keep the men you beneficially date feeling like they still have to support you financially? Even after you've been ego-boosting and made them feel wanted? It's a problem I encounter very often (unfortunately), the men I date tend to feel overly confident and wanted quickly and then forget that I am out of their league. :/

Good question! If a red lip isn't working try a pinky nude, nude, browny nude... you could also try to do a subtle red ombre lip using a darker (brown or deep brown) liner subtly transitioning to red - that could help your red lip suit you 🌸💕

I’m only just seeing this! 😯 I’m sure you’ve dealt with it by now but since you asked, I wouldn’t read into anything deeply unless I’ve been proposed to. Men like to tell us what they think we like to hear a lot of the time. Also, I don’t think living with him without security eg a 💍 is the best idea (in my opinion). This means you will have to act as if you’re off the market when in actuality, you’re still very much on the market. Anyway, I hope it all worked out well for you 💖

There are some men who prefer very subtle or no makeup and actually drawn to conservative women...I know for a fact that a Friend of mine detests ladies on makeup
I think that men say one thing even when they are thinking another... If a woman has dark circles, acne and extremely sparse brows, I highly doubt that a man is going to find that sexy... and re dressing too formerly, I think that can look very boring and have more of an "older" look which also isn't very flattering. I do however agree re makeup - most men prefer a woman who looks more naturally pretty with subtle makeup as opposed to looking too cakey!
