Sounds bloody fantastic, either way. Thanks for such a great demonstration. This is what we wanted to see/hear I am sure. I think I prefer with the DB killers in :) if only for the neighbours sanity :) Cheers mate.
Your bike doesn't seem to do much popping on deceleration. Were you engine braking much? Mine pops a lot with engine braking. I love the sound personally, but a lot of people don't.
@@terje4135 I'm running stock exhaust with a beetle remap, but I'm also running a K&N air filter and I wrapped my exhaust. From what I have read, the deceleration popping comes from running the engine then closing the throttle to begin decel/engine braking. Air is pulled past the closed throttle valve and in fuel injected bikes, there is not much fuel at closed throttle. It makes for a too-lean-for-combustion fuel condition so unburned fuel is passed into the exhaust, where it is ignited. I can't recall the exact details but that is roughly what is happening. So, in my case an easier breathing air filter plus insulated exhaust sort of exacerbates the condition. Hearing your video I noticed huh, your bike isn't popping near as much. But like I said, I enjoy the sound.
Did it myself. Used a map from griso.org. Another superb option is Guzzitech.com`s flash tool: www.guzzitech.com/store/product/gt-rx-v7-v9-ecu-re-flash-tool/

Wow! Indeed that sounds like beautiful ear candy! Nice job and safe riding!
Both sound absolutely stunning!
When will you give us another Guzzi-video?
Awesome set of pipes. If mine wouldn't have the Mistrals, I would go with these. Just great sound. 👍🏼
the sound is just awesome! :)
Nice bike. Love the sound With DB killer removed :-)
Wow, great sound even with dB eater
Oh gosh that sounds awesome!
Cool sound!!!
Hey :) i got the Same bike and i want to install an agostini exhaust too. Did you get less power with this exhaust or Not ? I hope you will answer :)
Both sound great to me. Is it really just a slight volume change?
Sounds better with them in....
Does the bike also have a tune?
yes

Are you running stock map? Mine is remapped with a Beetle map that fits the Agostini pipes.

I have Agostini on mine too. I can never decide if I prefer the sound with the DB killers in or out. you?
In for me. But mostly because of the neighbours ;)
Is the Power the Same with this exhaust or did you get more with the original?
Where can i buy for my V7II Special?
Got mine from af1racing. Directly from Agostini is also a possibility I assume.
Do you need to re-map the engine?
Recommended yes, runs much better. Even just stock I would remap, big difference
Do you have to do ecu mapping too ?
runs better if you do...
Terje M did you go to a GUZZI mechanic to do the ecu flash? Sounds super awesome without the db killer, but they still sound good with them.
