This year, my school’s esports team just added Mario Kart as an option and, because of the interest you’ve resparked in me for the game, I decided to join. We had our first match last Wednesday and managed to win! I know I wouldn’t have near as much skill if it wasn’t for all the tips and tricks I’ve learned from your Pro Guide and watching your videos. Thank you for inspiring this opportunity for me, and here’s to many more wins!
A new Season means ranks and stats get reset. Its so idle accounts leave the ranked system and thus can prevent a lot of rank inflation (meaning if you're in a lot higher rank then what you're supposed to be in) when done right and makes sure active players get put into matches they can properly play in since everyone gets sorted out again
Got it! I noticed my new MMR was nearly the same as before the new season. Also I guess this prevents people from reaching a certain MMR and then just never playing again

@@mpownage4806not necessarily, it depends on where your mmr is. Shortcat is near the median mmr so he didn’t lose or gain any. some of my friends below 1000 mmr gained a couple hundred, whereas I lost 200 mmr cause I was in the 5000s

I think it would be really fun to do a video series trying out viewer recommended combos and for the last 2 races recommend changes to the combo to fit the playstyle of it, but improve it. If this is something you'd ever consider I'd love to be first. I play Iggy, Wild Wiggler, Rollers, cloud glider
