You are right but always keep in mind that to sustain huge population we are not left with agriculture land/ forests for long.My point is some day or the other population has to decrease and we will have to develop a nature friendly economic model based on needs of human beings rather than demand based.

This is why I've entrusted a fiduciary with my investmnt decisions. Many underestimate advisors until emotions lead to losses. I dont think the economy will slow down, I see many people still buying fancy cars and iphones even when interest rates are high. In fact it may grow in the same pace or even faster because in a growing economy its hard for small and mid cap companies to get loans. Now since the govt has introduced of linking pan and aadhar it is easier for even a small kirana store guy to get a loan. Interest rates are high i agree but getting credit is even easier so if small and midcap companies use them well, they can achieve double digit growths very easily.
Point is not buying bro repayment of credit No limit spending heavy in middle class Y upi business is grown so much cuz it is an addiction that made people spend more limitless but we think it made spending and life's easier
LIC is not buying 9.99% stake in HDFC. RBI has given LIC the permission to increase their stake in HDFC from 5.2% to 9.99%. This permission is valid for 1 year. LIC may choose to buy it next week or after 6 months or choose not to buy at all.
5% of this stake increase is supposed to happen over the next year, which can come around $10B in a year which I don't think is too much. Also, LIC's refusal to sell stake in Adani stocks didn't actually help the market sentiments. Still, would be interesting to see how things go on Monday
Also your opinion about CORPORATE BONDS is 100% right. I admit that bonds are a safe way to make 10 to 12% annual yield given crazy stock market valuations. As of today, no stock is reasonably valued in NSE. I RECKON a correction of 20 to 30% would be healthy for investors. This would also bode well in terms of revenues from stock turnover volumes.
Dear Akshat you are missing one important point, if govt starts spending more, evenutally that money will flow back to the end consumer and he /she will start spending.
Why I will STOP investing after Elections (for a while) | Akshat Shrivastava Everything I wrote it is all looks like ......1. this man does not have deep knowledge . He talks about unemployment . Look earlier 5..10..15..20..25 years back only majority of men were working and then also there was huge unemployment .. Look at today " No girls/ lady/women after passing 12 th std remain at home and start working at suitable job. They have captured almost 50% of jobs except working in laborious engg industry The boys/men also get employment easily may be at lower salary, but they get. Can you get driver , labours easily ? so his first statement is without correct thinking , making you fool 2. His knowledge is limited ,it seems. India currently spending huge money on oil imports. India got abandoned quantity of oil off Mumbai high, Godawari basin, East India, and very big quantity in Andaman islands . It is estimated that oil reserves only near Andaman Islands will be self sufficient for India ,for next 70 years. After say 5-7 years from now India will produce big chunk of oil and rest will be bought from countries like Venezula, and Giyana country at lower rate ,where the contract/ deal is already done . This will save huge money on oil imports and all saved money will be utilised for growth purposes. 2. After say 5 years india will stop importing of urea and other fertilisers except potash by exploration of gas saving huge forex It is a logical plan of govt. 3. Major thrust on Lithium exploration, semiconductor, Hydrogen , solar power will drive auto, rail industry at low cost, transportation cost will be low our products will be most competent in the world which will drive huge exports which add huge amount in surplus. 4. The inauguration of big highways, freight corridor ,logistic parks which will almost double manufacturing scale from now thus will reduce further cost of products, which will reduce inflation and further boost exports.5. India will be self sufficient in defence field and will become exporter of Defence products by increasing defence export by at least 10-15 times from now in next 10 years. There are many things are going in India which this person does not know or its beyond his thinking. Everything can not be explained here. All this I wrote is up to 2035, beyond 2035 to 2047 can not be imagined now. We are behind China by 10 years as of now, mind well. Accordingly Indian economy may develop rapidly to become 12-15 trillions economy in next 10 years or say by 2035.

Absolutely amazing and very informative Agree with individual stock picking Agree with finance sector growth What about power, defense, infra. Modi govt is ueavly focused on these sectors and so the investment exp in GDP will come from these sectors to offset for the slow private expenditure

I CAN DISSECT each argument but it will long time. His investment advice in finance company is OK because in manufacturing companies one has to rotate investment as per need of the economy.

I completely agree with your rationale on finance, healthcare and even IT to an extent

Murti Making ? Just a finance nerd cannot understand - how much that murti means to Crores of people out there. Grow up Akshat! We are not dumb to listen to every comment you make!
Money minded people are too dumb to understand emotions, they are too greedy to look out anywhere else. Their whole attention span is limited to money only and they think money is everything in this world.
it's a lot of fun to talk about but it's important to also mention this is the fed funds rate. it's important to banks, etc. but for the average joe long term rates are more important to think about. the present state of 3M to 10Y is still steeply inverted.
continuation to my post-- since companies can produce goods and services at close to zero cost, massive supply will come, however now Govt's can print crazy as well to support public now and enable universal income by massive printing as well, even with this there wouldn't be any inflation since the cost to produce is zero due to AI and robotics here the only constraint is raw material. it seems like We are heading to CBDC + Universal income.
Hello... thank you for giving so much information...i have one suggestion... please plan the time of your video, you started the video by saying you will give 10 points, n ended up giving only 6. I have seen the same in your other videos also. Please don't do like that, it's giving a negative impact
All assumptions are correct but missing 1 major variable that is investor base. How many new investors are going to come..have cash and need to buy stocks..this will always push the market up. Do you have data regarsing this. Another big problem in capital rotation is it is impossible for anyone to buy at exact bottom and sell at exact top so its illusion and you will make only lower returns by doing so with lot of stress on the way. Long term or medium long term with exit strategy is better.
Maybe private Company are waiting for Election results, then they will decide about their future spending..If interest will go down both in USA,India then it will reflect in GDP numbers also.. So be positive..India will grow at faster rate ..
REAL ESTATE will rise only if people have purchasing power which would mean they will take up consumption and HOME/CONSUMER loan benefiting consumer goods, BANKS, NBFC stocks. BITCOIN is seen as the alt to gold and hedge against inflation, is a good buy but gains is massively taxed by govt due to lack of transparency FED rate cut will bring in money in all emerging marking leading to PE expansion possible by 2nd half of this year. Some of the US stocks like SOFI has given runup in anticipation. Bonds post tax will give you less than 10%, this will further reduce in low interest environment In short buy stocks in NBFC BANK Consumer goods , B2C sectors will keep growing till India becomes fully developed. this is just not the time to liquidate when FED interest rates are at all time high and will only go down from here.

Dear Akshat, You are 100% right stocks will not yield multibagger returns for next 3 years. Stock markets could consolidate or correct going forward. Inflation is going to cool down. Rate cuts are expected soon.
Stock picking is a separate gift. However majority of our strategies won't work well if Index goes down. Hence stock picking would augur well only when index is at reasonable valuation. For example, index has appreciated well since Covid 20 from 7500 nifty to 22000. But what has happened to a good stock like Tech Mahindra? Where has it gone? What happpened to the returns from Tech Mahi? Unfortunately investors had lot of faith in it. But results?. On contrary see the spectacular YIELD from TATA ELXsI
There is an erroneous point. If GDP growth is 12%, and inflation is 8% then interest rate will remain high, it will not get cut. So the present situation will linger for more time.
Considering 2009 is wrong because it was lowest point...compare it from 2004 to 2024..and it has given 13 percent..and it may come down to 11 percent for the coming decade on conservative side..
we are talking about indian stock market and this interest rate is of US fed , i think in the coming time indian stock market will not depend much on US cenarios
With AI and green energy trying to boom along with WFH theme bet on the growth or hyper burst of economy. For every one or two decades an economy crisis used to occur now its most likely to exponential growth of Economy unless there is another world war or another natural crisis
Hello Akshat. You have only considered the toll charges. What about the fuel cost savings on a monthly basis. Surely it will be a lot more than 12.5 k. And what about the time savings.
Hello sir, i love your theory and pov, i have one doubt that one side the market looks overvalued and other part we are expecting interest rates cut, which will lead rise in the market, so why its called overvalued ?
Hello Akshat jee, how can Direct Stock Investors receive Compound Interest? Not through Mutual Fund but by directly buying shares. Even the dividends paid out are not always the same that can be reinvested and are often quite low... Another thing, for example, an investor who bought shares of a company like Coal India on 30th March 2011 at 407.35/- is definitely not enjoying any compounding at all even after 13 years as the share price went down and now up again around 402.55/- .... If possible, please make a video on this...
Hey Akshat your videos are very helpfull for understanding macro concepts easily it's a humble request to make a tutorial on trading view I know there are many TH-camrs has made it but no one has taught in depth if you could make it then it would have been way better for me and everyone out there learning from you or otherwise if you could drop any TH-camrs name or channel link also would be highly appreciated ........Hope you read it.
If governments borrow large amounts of money at approximately 0% interest, who and why do entities provide funds to the governments at such lower interest rates, and why don't they directly invest in equity to achieve greater gains? Also, who controls the interest rates? If it is the government, why don't they keep it at 0%?
Btw thanks for your informative content. Focus on TIER 2 cities for real estate investments and advise your clients to avoid coastal cities as environmental issues and calamities are risks to be considered
Jo logon ke pass jyada source of income hai wo diversify kare yo sahi hai...bt jinke pass salary like income hai unke liye equity ll be the only option. Provided u ve the risk taking ability
But even at these high inflation period real estate property is being sold at all time high So when rates come down sales of these properties will even go up Again demand rise Not real estate overall economy rise
Hi Akshat You said market was sideways b/w 2021 and 2023 but it does not look like that. The market has given at-least 40 percent return in this period.
As you said LIMITED SUPPLY assets like BTC & few cryptos which are @ nascent stage can grow phenomenally well given ETF approvals from US Government & corporate investments going forward. As you expressed real estate is also a limited supply asset. Hence land parcels in cities which are far away from coastal zone & which are not prone to Tsunamis & floods may enjoy premium valuations.

3. India growth story.. Bharat is now at sweet spot to witness industrial revolution which we missed earlier.. china plus 1 policy.. large population..
Fast growing economy of world.. whole world eyes will on us..
4. FII and FDI investment will increase.
This point are enough to make bull run in economy..
last but not least .. i think in coming years our export will surpass our imports.. as we are doing everything to cut crude oil demand., it will make us self reliant in energy demand. 👍👍
You are right but always keep in mind that to sustain huge population we are not left with agriculture land/ forests for long.My point is some day or the other population has to decrease and we will have to develop a nature friendly economic model based on needs of human beings rather than demand based.

Find quality stocks that have long term potential, and ride with those stocks. I have found it takes someone who is very familiar with the market to make such good picks.
This is why I've entrusted a fiduciary with my investmnt decisions. Many underestimate advisors until emotions lead to losses. My advisor crafted a tailored strategy aligning with my long-term goals, guiding entry and exit points for the equities I focus on. This has grown my portfolio to over $850k. My personal best so far

Point is not buying bro repayment of credit

LIC buying 9.99% stake in HDFC. This must be the most happiest news for akshat today 😂😂
No it extra 4 percent 😂😂😂 already lic own5.2 percent... Max limit is 9.9 percent
@@nyknayakLIC sent the application to RBI for the approval So there are chances that they will buy it
Not only Akshat bhai, most of the community

Real Estate is a globally good asset. But in India it is one of the worst assets. Government puts unnecessary restrictions in transfer of assets. Even in case mutation due to inheritance lakhs in bribes have to be paid. Unecessary litigation and if god forbid the buyer holds your payment then you will have to spend years in court to get the sale deed cancelled.

Hi Akshat.. Thank you for the video. I have a bit of different view on few of the predictions :
1. I don't completely agree that growth will slow down in next decade. Also I didn't understand you going from Bullish a month/3months back to slightly bearish in this video.. Efficient market hypothesis works well in developed markets and India is a developing one..
2. Real growth will increase in my view.. Interest rates are raised to tamed the inflation, don't understand why you believe inflation will rise than current levels..
3. I completely agree with your rationale on finance, healthcare and even IT to an extent
Everything finally boils down to his course at the end..

Am keen to make it now - better late than never. Struggling with budgeting for the same. Hence the request.

it's a lot of fun to talk about but it's important to also mention this is the fed funds rate. it's important to banks, etc. but for the average joe long term rates are more important to think about. the present state of 3M to 10Y is still steeply inverted.
continuation to my post--
since companies can produce goods and services at close to zero cost, massive supply will come, however now Govt's can print crazy as well to support public now and enable universal income by massive printing as well, even with this there wouldn't be any inflation since the cost to produce is zero due to AI and robotics here the only constraint is raw material.
it seems like We are heading to CBDC + Universal income.
I believe,in coming 6 to 8 years real estate will outperform stock market…..
Hello... thank you for giving so much information...i have one suggestion... please plan the time of your video, you started the video by saying you will give 10 points, n ended up giving only 6. I have seen the same in your other videos also. Please don't do like that, it's giving a negative impact
Bakwas hai ye akshat...koi knowledge nahi hai
BITCOIN is seen as the alt to gold and hedge against inflation, is a good buy but gains is massively taxed by govt due to lack of transparency
FED rate cut will bring in money in all emerging marking leading to PE expansion possible by 2nd half of this year. Some of the
US stocks like SOFI has given runup in anticipation.
Bonds post tax will give you less than 10%, this will further reduce in low interest environment
In short buy stocks in NBFC BANK Consumer goods , B2C sectors will keep growing till India becomes fully developed. this is just not the time to liquidate when FED interest rates are at all time high and will only go down from here.
