In middle school, a student threw my child and broke her arm in two places. The school only had the attacker make a Get Well Soon card as a punishment.
I called police. Attacker was arrested. School was mad at me for embarrassing the attacker bc he was arrested at school in front of other students.
I pray for that family. They did your child wrong!

Our black kids just don’t stand a chance in this cruel world. The fact that the school is downplaying this incident is awful. The family has to fight this battle and their son will live with a lifetime trauma. This why I don’t believe in god. What did blacks due to deserve a lifetime on this earth of injustice? When we go out into the world we have to deal with so much . Black parents sent thier sons and daughters off to school and have to deal with the unfair biased school system. Then they enter the workforce to deal with the same crap that they dealt with in the school system. Almost everything blacks do in life comes with an undertone of racism. No other race in my opinion suffer injustice in this world are blacks. It will never end.

This is serous! The parents of the fourth grader that did this crime need to be charged! I don’t care how young he is, he was old enough to commit this serious crime! that is attempted murder! I am almost 100% sure this fourth grader will tell it all on his parents. The law, the state needs send that child that committed this serious crime need to send that child off to school for young dangerous and viscous kids like himself. This need to stop today! I don’t care how that kid is! Like I said he was old enough to know how to commit attempted murder. Nobody wants to hear no lies that he have mental problems, If the parents say he do then the parents still need to be charged with attempted murder! The way I see it if he do have mental problems as they may try to say then my response would be the parents don’t have mental problems so let the courts begin. This crime should not be played with! For the parents of the child that could have lost his life plz show ur faces! Don’t no one stop you from using good wisdom. We all forgive but we know god want us to use the wisdom that he put in us. Ur child did not deserve what happened to him! Mom & Dad go for what’s right so this will not happen to no other kid. Fight to put laws in place! I know it’s hard. Plz give ur child all the hugs and kisses from all the good people like myself from around the world.

I can understand people getting hurt when playing around
but what kind of horseplay can lead to a 7 year old to get high enough that their jacket not only gets caught on a hook but is high enough to strangle him?
Yeah there is for sure more to this than the school is saying
He must have been lifted and if it was a low hook he probably would have been able to just remove the jacket and wouldn't have caused serious harm
Maybe the end result was unintentional (Don't want to accuse an at most 9 year old of attempted murder) but this had to be more than horseplay
This wasn't some game getting out of hand on a play ground, a younger kid was high enough off the ground to do serious damage to his neck, that doesn't just happen.

That happened to me in the 3rd grade by two 3rd grade girls. I got suspended for "upsetting" the girls by being a "r**ard," as per the principal's note to my parents and was required to write a letter of apology, which I had to read in front of the entire school.
My parents are immigrants and from that generation where the school's word is gospel, so it never occurred to them to question this.

My opinion, there was more then just the 2 children in the bathroom, unless the hook was really low. There’s no way this was horseplay, he was hung there intentionally, & thankfully he didn’t die. I understand not naming either child, but in no way should this be swept under the rug. The boy or even boys who did this, need expelled from school, & I’d say arrested. I hope the victim doesn’t have lasting physical effects, but I’m sure will need some counseling, & not done by the school.

Okay well my son was in the caffateria he had just got his trey and when he was walking this boy got up and hit my sons trey and made the food going flyin in his face all over the place , then said ( n- get down there and do what your good at, basically telling him to pick it up like cotton) my son beat the crap out this boy,. Well the principle called my gf and told her my son was suspended for 1 week. So shes gets to the school and talks with the principal and ask why the other kid isnt being suspended (you guys are going to luv this) he tells my gf that my son started it, that my son hit the kid first, well see what this principal didnt know is my gf's friend worked in the caffateria and saw the whole thing and called my gf before she even got to the school, she told my gf that she spoke and told the principle what happened and he didnt care he just put the blame on my biracial baby and was protecting the little white kid, well the principle was making excuses and so my gf stepped out and called me and explained everything and said you need to get here now, just like she did when i had the issue with my daughter. See i was the more aggressive dont g.a.f type person especially when you mess with my babies, so i get there and at first i was calm and let this p.o.s say what he says and then i asked my son to wait outside, and i went off, i got in his face, flipped the desk, and said now how do you like it, maybe i shouldve done that with 30 ppl watching and embarass you like that. Maybe i shoukd tell you to pick it up like my ancestor had too. I said if that boy isnt kicked out we can get the cops up here and im going to file assult charges, and then im going to sue this school for racial discrimination, for kicking my son out when he was assulted first and called racial names. I said we have a witness who told you what happened and your choosing not to do anything except with my son. I told him alright dont suspend the kid but when i see him I'll give him something to remember me, and it will be worse than suspension. Long story short kid was suspended for two weeks and had to do in school suspension for a month when he returned. No cops were called but i wasnt allowed back on school grounds. They know i dont play when it comes to my kids, and i would've laid hands on that kid just like i did in the other story i told about my daughter. Both these schools my bi racial children were the only kids of color besides maybe 2 or 3 other kids. Ive told my kids from the time they were little defend yourself you beat the 💩 out of anyone who messes with you. See to many kids and parent just allow this crap, you need to start putting hands on these ppl, its going to get wors under trump just like last time, and ppl keep doing it bc they dont face any consequence, even if the coos get involved the person gets a slap on the wrist. To ppl who say violence doesnt solve anything, i suggest you ask my kids. I can tell another story with a stabbing( alot) that got me a felony on my record but i dont care bc it was over my baby girl. Stop letting these white ppl mess your kings and queens do something about it.

If you go back and look at the 1948 South African General election and the U.S. Presidential election in 2024 you see many similarities , and its down right scary. You had the liberal labor party who wanted to intergerate slowly with South Africans, and have a more unified country, lose to a conservative party of Afrikanners who used fear of black people, the economic issuses that ravaged the country to attain power. In a few years after the election , most South Africans, Indians saw the little rights they had vanished in the rise of Apartheid. It would be nearly 50 years before South Africa realized they made a horrible mistake electing the conservatives in 1948.. Elections have consequences! It only took one election to bring so much pain to millions of people!

This screams Jesse Pommeroy - from a long time ago . Your saying this was a white on black crime , but what was written was what the older kid said was this is what he did "back in the day" - so I am confused . Pomeroy was a psychotic bully from almost a hundred years ago - bigger kids hurting smaller kids has a tendency to begin at home . Hopefully the younger child will recover and definitely get the therapy he will need - ruining his trust and perhaps his ability to make friends he can possibly trust will take time
