My senior year we did this show and I was Aida, such an amazing experience. If given the chance, I would do this show again in a heartbeat!
I am soo in love with Heather Headley's voice, it's so powerful and clear!! I wish I could listen to this album all the time... My high school did this for their musical last year and I'm still infatuated with it!!
My School's doing the play this year, this part blew me away. It was amazing.

I love this musical! I saw it at one of the local high schools yesterday because a ton of my friends were in it. It was phenomenal!!!!! I couldn't believe it. It is now one of my favorite musicals ever!
My school is going to put on this musical and the songs are just so powerful and I'm so excited to hear people in my company that I've worked with for years sing these songs.
The last minute of Dance of the Robe is amazingly powerful and perfect and I am so obsessed with it.
I love the Harmony of when they sing AIDA, AIDA!!! AMAZINGLY DONE!!!

My university is performing this in April and we had to learn choreography for "Dance of the Robe" for one of our dance auditions. I'm in love with the song.
(Us girls also had to learn some choreography for a bit of "My Strongest Suit" as part of the dance audition. Unfortunately I didn't make it in, but "Dance of the Robe" is still an epic song.)

dude its a extremely hard musical to put on. but so rewarding in the end. i did it last year and it was so extreme to the max!!!

I just saw this at stagg high school- it blew me away.
My skool is doing Aida in April, we danced to Dance of the Robe at BRCVPA, Ryan, Westdale, Beta Convention, Mckinley, and other places, I can't wait til April!!

My Senior year we did Once Upon A Mattress and on opening night we broke a STD Mop and the bed. LOO Aida opens on Friday and I'm soooo excited 4 it. I really wish I was still going 2 the school so I could b in it.
I would love it if they put on a tour of this again, even if it isn't the original cast. I just want to actually be able to see it live for once same goes for Miss Saigon.

@Rock3683 Rip it from the DVD, cut it into segments with Movie Maker/iMovie, then upload them to TH-cam.
lol im male ensamble in our spring role but im only a freshman so i dont think i would have gotten a lead role anyway haha
@Rock3683 Your operating system should come with a video editor. If not, there's plenty of freeware available online.
