A bit confused when you say her second series was a six part story, that would be her third series The Flux, she had series 11 and 12 prior to that (the latter had the haunted house story you mention Villa Diodati, most excellent episode imho). The three festive Dalek specials are pretty ok but I'd never recommend anyone to watch the sea devils one, a real low point before the power of the Doctor, which at least goes out on a high, lots of fan service and a top notch episode for Jodie's finale and run.
