For the future, you should deposit all of your pokemon but one in order to reset on the static Eevee, but really just statics in general. You only have to click right once in your Party rather than having multiple options to get to Eevee's Summary that can ruin your rhythm while resetting.

Depends, are you patient? How much time a day can you spend reseting, if you aren't patient and/or dont have much time to reset a day dont, if you do then i would if i was you :)
