I have owned both. I had a '19 TTS, then bought a '21 Supra. I sold the supra and now I have a '17 White TTS (sexy as F) and this car is getting full stage 2 mods which arrive tomorrow. The Supra is a drift car. I am a track racer. The TTS is the best car I have ever driven which is why I went back.

You are right tts is a crazy nice car but for track drive you should have to taste of FK8 Typer :) Not a daily but crazy in Track

This was a cool type of video. I'd like to see this sort of thing more often and as a car manufacturer this would be great real world feedback. You could do this with any car and compare back and forth.
I took delivery a month ago on a 2022 TTS, Chronos Grey with the gold package, black rings, mirrors. Just replaced the stainless steel exhaust tips and the exhaust with black stainless.
Holy $hit!!..little Ray is little no more. Good review of the TTS, came across this video looking for info on the TTRS and saw Ray lol..small world. Use to roll with his pops.

I was cross shopping the TTRS and the 3.0 Supra. The TTRS is definitely more useful as a daily but the Supra just looks and sounds badass.
Sounds better then a 5cyc and the famous exhaust burp I think not IMO
quick if imperfect fix for supra sound system: you can improve the bass response by shifting the fader towards the front. and set the EQ how you like.
When using launch, hold the brake and gas until the revs settle but also wait for the boost guage to max out as well. Didn't look like you held it long enough then. 👍
The wireless charging is not under the armrest its in the area in front of the gear stick
I use a wireless dongle for my CarPlay add on.
Funny thing is I still can’t figure out how to use the headlight wipers on my TTS
I'm pretty sure that it does it when you spray the windshield.

Not a similar price. Can get a 3.0 premium supra for 59k out the door, tt RS starts at 72k

true, well tts is even a worse value, cause its slower and still costs more than a supra..msrp 60k vs msrp of 54 for 3.0 premium. At least with tt-rs you get the added performance for the added cost
@@robotman8444 you can buy a quattro base model, add a stage 1 and u have a tts 311 hp. Running costs are super cheap too compared to a supra.
Cheapest used supra 2.0 is 43k and cheapest tts is 37k in my area currently
