Dude it looks like it working pretty good maybe a tighter spring and you will be there that thing sounds so nasty bud

Thanks I got a couple of ideas I can tighten the chain about an inch I think I need to cut out a section of the frame there to. Plus when I let off the throttle it seems like the top part of the chain gets sloppy maybe I can make a gide there from the a arm of the motorcycle

Awesome kart💪 .....you have way too much slack in the chain for the adjuster to work properly....take some links out so theres minimal slack n than that adjuster will work perfect.....just a thought😜👍 that is gonna be a beast , cant wait to see you ripping it up...sounds great buddy

Thanks it's at an odd spot if I take out another link it'll need a half link but at this point I can tighten it about an inch and a half hopefully that'll be enough

Thanks need to tweak the chain a little bit more. You'd think if I could make this I can find a way to mount a camera. Hopefully those Center bearings will hold up as wide as it is there's a lot of torque when you turned

Didn’t you use to have a bunch of airforce Texan ss videos up?

Yeah but I haven't messed with it in a while.

Sprocket looks like it's 1/4" off center. That's what's causing it. Gotta be concentric. That tensioner shouldn't be pulsing up and down.

Absolutely that's as centered as I could do it without a mill by hand maybe closer to an 8th it doesn't take much to through it off figured it out it works great.

So how many times has it thrown the chain the rear sprocket is wobbling bad

    • @ians1464

That's actually never been a problem. It's square to the front sprocket it's a 50 roller chain sprocket using 530 motorcycle chain. All the holes were done by hand or a drill press measuring as best as I could figure. The biggest problem I've had is not being able to take up more slack Started off with a tensioner on the bottom and then figured out that I had to put one on top to heavy duty trampoline Springs to keep it from skipping over the front sprocket when I let off the throttle

ordered a new action cam might add some tension to the spring it is very hard to push probably the wide rear end.

Where could I get the best torque converter for a 670 predator

The cheapest way on a light frame not sure how long it would last would be a 40 series. I had the duster 94 forget where I ordered it from but I'm sure you could find it online for the two pulleys it was around five hundred bucks. Had to buy more and the heaviest weights and put them in all the slots and then a different spring not the pink one I think it was a heavier it worked really well
