Too many back up guitarists for a song that is predominantly a solo. What are they doing there apart from cheering? It would be like me going for a job interview and taking some friends. Aside from that this is a wicked song. Been learning it. It's pretty mental in some parts. Sounds fantastic.

What i meant is that CNN interviewed 'funtwo' the korean player who made this song popular, and funtwo played this song along with Joe Satriani in TH-cam live... it should have been JerryC because he arranged the song in this amazing way that's my point of view

Canon Rock is an arrangement of the classic Canon in D minor by Johann Pachelbel. It was arranged for guitar by Jerry C (Fronting the band above), as he released though his website the semi orchestrated backing track, many have used it to post their versions. Another quite different version and well worth a look are the later posting of the track by French artist MattRach. The above recording has not got great audio I suggest you listen to some of the other posting of the track by Jerry C.
Stop complaining about the audio quality, this is an unofficial footage of the concert and its uploaded here just for the image quality which I am really glad to see. It was probably better if you actually was there to see it and if you want to hear the song in good quality then go to the studio version.
Absolutely Jerry is the best..!! you are absolutely right Slimertone..! he has changed the canon in D from classic music to modern rock music, and he does'nt forget the original canon in D,thats something not everyone can do jerry is talented,everyone can play as he play,can learn for many skill,sweep,speed or many technics,but talent is a gift ,we can't learn to reach it i guess

Playing on youtube is much easier than playing life. You have to understand that. On youtube you can retake the whole video as many times as you want. Life you have to play with your ear. The canon rock is an awesome song though!

Agreed, It's really edgey in the beginning. But, after they get out of the intro it's really good. The outro is iffy too but, not near as bad as the intro.
