Victory Judge tire wobble

My Victory Judge has been making a sound since i got it back from the shop after a lady backed into it. I told the shop about the noise (several tiems) and they said it was typical of Victory's. i didnt believe them so i took it for a second opinion. The new shop i took it to called me up the next day and said they found what was wrong. the mechanic told me the first thing he did (after he test rode it of course) was put it on a stand and run it to look at the rear end. the whole rear tire/sprocket assembly wobbles. It is much more noticeable in person but you can tell from the video. So this tells me that the other shop didnt even look at my bike and instead took the half assed route and called up the manufacturer and asked them about it which in turn gave them a false answer to the problem (which was the typical of Victory bikes answer). The bike has already had over 6 thousand dollars in repairs done from the lady backing into it. The place i bought it from, which is also the place i had repair it, either did not fully repair the bike or sold me one that was faulty from the factory. and since they have no proof of it not being faulty (because they didnt look at it when i told them and cant tell me its from the accident) i can only assume they sold me a defective bike and thus i should be entitled to a new one.
P.S. i bought the bike on August 5 and the lady backed into it on August 6 ( yes the next day, and 30 hours exactly after getting it). the bike also sat at the shop for a month and a half before the insurance cleared the repairs. And the bike has been back and forth from the dealer/shop for repairs and replacements because parts were on back order. I made them aware of this video issue from the very start. So they cant say it was something i did. they also have paperwork of each time they checked it out when i told them.
