I used to follow your blog since the early 2010s back during my formative younger years, and learned so much about cooking from them. Fast forward, I randomly happened upon one of your TH-cam shorts today while preparing for a trip to Korea. Wow, these videos are so well made… you have a wonderful camera presence!
Just watched several of your videos and had to hit subscribe because you are a wonderful teacher. The tips and options make it all less scary - and I feel like I'm being taught by a dear neighbor. *THANK-YOU!!* I'll be watching all the videos I've missed and I'm looking forward to your next lesson. Cheers from Sydney Oz!!
Hello, if I freeze the dumplings after steaming, what is the best reheating method to eat them? Is the microave ok to do this or would it dry the dumpling too much?
I found your site when I was searching for yaki mandu. I remember loving it in my Army days fifty years ago.
Yaki mandu is delicious! Thanks!

You can cover with a wet paper towel or a wet small kitchen towel to prevent the skins to dry out in the microwave. Or Steam them.
I was wondering you said dip your dumpling into flour, so dumpling does not stick to plate. Could I substitute tapioca flour? Thank you.
Yes you can!
Yes or potato starch I’ve done
