      댓글을 남겨주셔서 감사합니다. 예, 맞습니다. 이번 만두 레시피는 고기만두 레시피입니다. 잡채만두에는 당면(물에 불린 후 다진)…. 김치만두에는 당면이 들어가야 합니다. 그리고 고기만두에 당면을 넣으면 고기잡채/당면만두라고 할 수 있어요. 🇰🇷한국 만두의 종류가 너무 많아서 좋아요🙏

    Great tutorial. Thank you so much. I really appreciated you showing the folding so clearly as well. I love dumplings and can't wait to try making my own. I'm in Aotearoa New Zealand so have no idea what wrappers l'll be able to find as, food import regulations are really strict because of our agricultural industry but, there are a lot of Asian supermarkets that have opened here in the last few years so, lots of fantastic products are available now. The shop on the corner opposite my house is actually owned by Koreans and l know they have a LOT of Korean products but, so far l've mainly bought sauces and spices (and Pepero😊) off them so, fingers crossed for a variety of wrappers. Also, is there any way to make these gluten free? Id like to make some as a gift for a friend.

      You could try using rice paper instead:) cut them in quarters if you can only find larger sheets
