I like the idea of the 400. Basically aeg technology that came from airsoft but used for steel .177 bbs. I’m surprised no one came out with this earlier.

im thrilled about the potentials of the 400e technology in future and in other platforms. for example in ak style also.
Apparently you don’t. First Umarex offers an 1894 , not a 1892 , and it is a smoothbore. The soon to be released 1866 is a more period correct co2 lever action and has a rifled barrel.

How are the bb’s feed into the 400 rifle? Is it a spring loaded magazine?
yes, runs off a normal spring fed magazine

Any word on the lever actions as far as a release date? It’s been pretty quiet since they were showcased
This is very exciting, however what is the likelihood of stepping up the Barra 400E to a much higher FPS? Are you simply constrained by mechanics and electronics or would it be possible to build a model that could get to say 800fps for small game hunting?
Right now as far as reliable technology goes 400fps is where we are at. But our team is always trying to push what we can create.

I live in America, I don’t even see it on their site… looks like competition for the Umarex co2 lever that feeds through the the gate like a real gun.

I don’t see the new C02 Barra 1866 on the Barra website or anywhere else…. just the variable pump BB gun. Anyone know where to find the Barra c02 1866 lever that loads shells similar to the Umarex?

to get 900fps you have to be shooting a light pellet

Why make an 1866 that is sort of a half way replica with half a century old propelling system?
Daisy has been doing great looking lever action springers for decades, and Umarex are way in the lead of providing the market with quite true to the original SAA's and 1892 lever actions.
It's a great product and there is still a lot of room in the market for a gun like this.
What does it even mean to say half century old propelling system? Are you trying to say the pump lever action is obsolete now? That’s like saying, “you shoot firearms!? that’s 200+ year old technology I don’t get it....

@@barraairguns Or make it a break barrel but put the piston in the lever. Break lever-action gun.
It's a shame the barra 1200g has slop in the barrel and not to mention I cannot hit the same place twice with a Bushnell scope had high expectations for this and just ended up being a piece of crap definitely will not buy again and will for sure be returning the 1200g back where it came from
And yes I put everything together properly only reason I'm writing a complaint is because before I purchased this I couldn't find any reviews so hope this helps for future buyers

Just got the 400 and while it is fun. the reload system needs to be trashed and redesigned. This takes away from 50% of this guns enjoyment.
