Could this be setup to be used with a water fed pole, if so how would it be done? will there be enough pressure etc.
How do you guys remove moss of the roof? Using scrapers or with a jet wash?
can you add anything to help mask the bleach smell
Hi my business does roof cleaning around Manchester and we came across the softwashing that is used in th US a lot. We did a test on a friends roof with a mix of sodium hypochrite, water and a surfactant. The result was great but the smell is terrible i.e the bleach odour so can you tell me if your product elimanates the bleach smell please?
I've never used this clever injector, but if it is regulating the percentage of bleach, it is still bleach and you will still have that smell. If you desire bleach with a much lower nuisance odor, try using calcium hypochlorite. You can mix the same strength of bleach and have a drastically lower bleach smell. You do have to be on the ball with rinsing though so you don't get white spots/streaks.

We do driveways, and I can tell you the dirt and moss on them are really stubborn, I can imagen it being the same for the roofs that have moss, I do not think that this product could cope with the dirt on a roof ?
Actual 'dirt' would rinse off a roof with a few good rains. What is on the roof that is making the dark stains is Gloeocapsa Magma, a bacteria. Once properly Soft Washed the roof stains are almost totally gone but can take a few weeks and a few good rains for it all to decompose and wash away, which is normal, and the best/most gentle way to clean a roof. Lichen and moss are actual plants and Soft Washing will kill these as well, but they take longer to decompose and let go and rinse away. You could go and rinse these off later with a garden hose, but keep in mind a roof was designed to withstand rain, not high volumes of water being sprayed horizontally, versus rain falling vertically. If you're not careful you can cause a water leak in your roof, and if the shingles are older and brittle, you can break shingle tabs by walking on them or spraying them. As far as the Clever Injector, it is just a way to avoid mixing a batch of Soft Wash mix in a tank and avoids leaving any left over product at the end of the day, so it saves you money by reducing wastes, and gives you the ability to change the strength of your mix on the fly, although once you change the strength, you still have a hose full of the previous strength to spray - so don't go from a high strength mix to a low strength and immediately start spraying a more delicate surface or you could cause some damage. I'm not sure how they suggest to make the change so you know when the different strength mix is all the way through the hose.
What type of spray nozzle do you use? a regular adjustable metal hozlock type? or is it the sniper nozzle thingy you advertise on your site? Also is it standard garden hose?
