Sorry I missed your live. It would seem that all our knowledge blended together would create an Einstein of Geology. Fun learning from everyone. ❤😊❤

Well that was some definitely interesting micro stuffs! Lol! Everybody has such a good time in your lives! It's fascinating and we all get to learn so much! The technical names for things alone is amazing!!! 😆 But for real, what a fun time! And I was late because you went on earlier then normal and I was busy trying to eat before the live! Oops! But that's ok! And the things I didn't miss were awesome! And I really do think you should try to see if the schnozzlette is a new creature or not and get to name it! Hoover the schnozzlette! Lol! Awesome stuff and I'm telling you, that by the time we are done with you, you will be proficient at every material that there is to cut! And I don't remember what Patrick said that the cost of that software is, but I really think we need to get it for you and at the very least get the trial for free for 30 days and create some fabulous new cuts for your new materials that you are going to be having. If I remember right, it wasn't really all that much after the 30 day free trial and I'm willing to chip in on it and I'm sure ken would too, and Allison and John and Josh too. And so I don't believe it would cost you anything! And for real, do the membership thing! It makes us die-hards, that have been around, feel like we are still seen and heard. It makes us feel special to be able to say that we care enough about you and want to show our support every month! That's how it was with Kyle's. It was only me and Jared for the longest time and then we started pushing it and talking about it in the lives and people started gifting memberships to people and all of a sudden, it wAs a bunch of us every month! And it's a way for your channel to make a little bit more money than you are getting now. I'm just saying, do it! It can't hurt! Ok, enough harping! Lol! I had a fantastic time in the live and it seems like everyone did! Thanks to Allison again for all the micro-fodder we got to play with! And thank you for doing it for us! Steinkern❣️🎉❤💕💗

Oh Lisa, I'm so deeply moved by your words! Thank you so much for all of your support, seriously, it means so much to me. You are the absolute best! Because of your assessment of the membership, I'll go ahead with it. I'll do what I can to make it worth it to you and all who support the channel in such an awesome way. More micro sessions and macro sessions and brainstorms and videos and schnozzlettes called Hoover (lol), all of it! I'll also look into doing the trial for that faceting software. I didn't want to embark on that month trial until I knew I could give some serious saturated hours to it...and this summer so far has been freakin all over the place. The travel, the gold, the winging, I feel bad for my facets right now. That tiny tourmaline is still waiting for it's crown, and so many others, as you know. I can't wait to birth some neat, innovative, and inventive cuts though, so exciting. Gotta do all of those beautiful rough stones you sent me justice and I promise I will. Thanks again for hanging out and having so much fun at the live, these are such good times. Cheers, Steinkerns, and YOU ROCK!

I will remember to comment on the video I watched live. I will remember to say how absolutely awesome that was to watch, because it was a hoot and a half. Thanks so much for another wonderful show with so many cool things to look at!! Yay for pretties! I was doing some digging around this morning and I have a theory on those diamond shape inclusions. Not hematite, it doesn't form in that shape. But rutile does!!! And grows in long needles and the cross section would definitely have that shape. Plus, some have an iron component to them and if that decayed into limonite it would explain those yellow borders. I still hold with my hematite call on those oolites of madness. You had just been talking about it a few minutes before. Imagine the blueberries on Mars, which form in layers like those did, and they got replaced by the silica. It would give that exact shape and patterning and the remaining ferrous oxides would stain the stone. Just a theory, but I like it.

Wow, cool, rutile! That's a great hypothesis. Thanks so much for hanging, all the wise, witty comments and having fun with us. We learn so much getting this community to group brain. Always a pleasure bringing the platform and seeing what plays out. Can't wait for the next microzone with special guest (wink wink). Steinkerns to you!
