- Lets take a look at Mojave Agates, Jaspers, and rocks collected on our latest Rockhounding trip. We'll sort through the material for the first time since picking them up, and hopefully see some cut. In addition, we've got several studio projects going on; like polishing Opals, faceting Tourmalines, cabbing Chalcedony, and soldering those gems into jewelry projects. Lend your wise and ask questions in the live chat as well as contributing to the many, many tangents!
A wonderful evening as always. And what a fantastic guest. Muh was wonderful!! I think if I'd have been the one collecting on that trip whatever vehicle I was in would have needed a new suspension before I got home.

That was pretty darn fun! And those Mojave rocks were so pretty! And then you had to throw in the gem field one🤯! That was pretty freaking beautiful! The colors and the textures were just amazing! Yes Karen, we were paying attention! You didn't have to do that! And your ring was so gorgeous! I've just got so many gems here and I would love to see you make something wonderful out of them I was just thinking about the colors in your ring and they would look so good paired with like one of those big beautiful flower cut amethyst or something! So not only am I going to keep sending you faceting rough, but I'm going to have to start sending you some of these beautiful cut stones to incorporate in your jewelry too! I mean let's be honest, what the heck am I going to do with them all!?! Lol and I will bid on an auction because there is a stone I like but it comes with 3 others I could care less about! Lol so I will be sending you some faceted stones too. And by faceted, I mean not like we do here in the US, but it is a finished stone! Lol don't judge! Lol!!! So we will see if you can do anything with any of them! And I have a few stones that I have purchased from Patrick that I want made into a fabulous ring and necklace for me!
