Maybe he should have chosen for smaller clubs, cause at AC Milan (back in the day), AS Roma and Ajax a lot is also expected from players. It aint easy for these young prospects, its not only the pressure from the clubs, fans, media but in some cases also from the home front. Than you have all the money and glitter and glamour not knowing who to trust, if a player doesnt has the right people around him to support him its a slippery road.

Always inserting new young players at an early age( Bojan, Geovani Dos santos etc..)and psychologically that not good for them. When you count on a player is 16-17 years and make him feel he is a star and one of the pillars of club, definitely that will lead him to a bad career. Normally youngest players have to play 5-10 minutes during 1 or 2 matches for 1 or 2 years so they will be prepared to start from the beginning of the match. Basically counting on a young player each match as a titular and asking him to score and play well will destroy him.
For bojan, i would say, yes maybe you'll fail as the player, you could not win as a player, but remember these, you can win everything as a coach/manager! These is the time for bojan to learn new thing as a coach to be! Be motivated, bro!

Mental strenght is one of the key attributes needed to become a world class player. So many failed young prospects have proven this.
