I’m not a Chelsea fan but am I the only one that feels quite confused by the conversation about Chelsea needing Rice when they already have Kante, Jorginho and Kovacic?
The thing is that jorginho probably isn't good enough in the system we want to play (he's not good enough playing against a high energy midfield), and kante is definitely getting older and kovacic can't play defensive midfield by himself, so he won't be able to back up gallagher properly when he returns. So we definitely need a new out and out defensive midfielder, and while I think tchouameni is the better choice (mainly due to his comparable ability and much lower price tag) declan rice would undoubtedly lock down chelseas midfield
I support chelsea and prefer Jorginho to Rice. Jorginho is a chelsea player and has won trophies with the team. Funny how some fans seem to demand player loyalty, but are so quick to cast them away when shiny new players are being linked.

Ivan Toney would be a great forward for either Arsenal or Utd. 3rd best in the league for aerial duels won. Extremely good at pressing and with better supply could easily get 20 goals a season
To be fair he wouldn’t even cost 200 million right now. 80-100 they’d get him for now I thin considering his age and that he hasn’t really set the world alight the past couple years

The only issue with Liverpool signing Jude is that we’re gonna have to pay an extra 30-40 million just because he’s English
This is what kills me about it, we could most likely get several decent level players with our scouts for the money we'll spend on Bellingham, but he's just such a nailed on success that it would be a dream transfer
Bellingham under Klopp would become even more prodigious. He’d be a bargain even at £100mil in my opinion
@@sams7018 I gree, my point is that if he was from Canada or somewhere else, and still performing how he is now he would only cost half the price
Gavi….
@@mohammadmahmood5427 Gavi is generational 100%, but make him English and he's automatically worth another 20 million, and have him playing in the premier league and that's another 20 million on top again
As a Liverpool fan I’d absolutely love it if we just got Rudiger in a room and said what will it take to get you in a Liverpool shirt and make you and Van Dijk the most feared defensive pair in Europe. They could even have the conversation in German 🤷♂️
He’s good in a three but wasn’t in a two. He’s also older and asking for huge money. I don’t think it would work as well as you think.
@@colinmc2945 Look what Klopp did with Matip and think about what he could do with Rudiger.
@@SonnyK248 don't need him, we've got matip and konate both in incredible form

Bellingham to LFC
Please
Wont happen
@@Swan94y It will either be him or Tchoumeni .Theres too much smoke between Bellingham and LFC in media for it not to be a good possibility. The price probably the big issue though.
@@nigl2807 Neither will happen because one is pretty much gaurenteed to go to Real Madrid and the other isn't going to be sold in the same window as Haaland.
@@taliamason7986 you have a good point
About time maych is on sky sports, levels.
"no clips of nunez missing chances" is hilarious looking back at it in 2023
Bellingham looks good in that liverpool kit!
Haaland is really good passer of the ball, quite underrated and his decision making and composure is better than Mbappe u can see in Dortmund's UCL matches where he played
Please have Paul on more often. Speaks sense.
Imagine a right side of Liverpool being Trent, Bellingham and Salah 👀
He plays the majority on the left hand side just his niche
@@jackdot708 Thiago is left hand side for Liverpool
So a RB who cant defend, a RW whos in a goal drought and looking to leave or make every penny. And a young midfielder still learning his craft. Would get torn apart
They will still only have the one premier league title 😂😭😂😂😂
You lot pretending its a rivalry when you been getting battered off city for 5 years straight 😭😭😭😭😭😭
I’m shocked there was no mention of mitrovic for Brighton he’s a proven goal scorer in both pl and championship he would be the perfect fit for Brighton
Bellingham is the perfect signing for Liverpool, Klopp can make him an unreal player, who knows how much longer Klopp will be at Liverpool, might as well make the most of him and build up the next crop of players to carry Liverpool after Klopp, especially in midfield where Hendo is getting older, Jude can learn a lot from Hendo, Thiago and especially Klopp! It just makes sense
All Bellingham needs is a fantastic manager and he’ll be a world beater. Probably England captain someday.
@@macky453 exactly Klopp is perfect, he’ll also have hendo
I doubt Dortmund would let both Bellingham and Haaland leave this summer. I think they will keep Bellingham one more year unless someone pays a near record breaking transfer.
@@peternielsen8723 yeah most likely not this summer but I think when they do decide to let him go he’ll go to Liverpool
Paul ALWAYS speaks sense. Well done Paul 👏 👍🏻
Glen Kamara all day.. what a signing he would be for any top team in Europe.
rory is such a football romance... i love it. whereas paul is much more realistic... good combo
Rory is salty that Haaland is coming to City lmao
Paul had me until the Neymar shout😂
As a Newcastle fan, I had to laugh. Obviously not happening. Not a fan of him, but would've of course taken him if he wanted to come. I don't think anyone would've said no to Bruno-Paqueta-Neymar trio onboard, but it's his attitude that makes him unattractive.
@@be2Gee yeah you can't say no to Neymar. Think he'd be the type of player that every fanbase hates until they get hold of him. Not because they were proved wrong about his attitude, but because of what he brings to the club.
Hopefully he was joking he wouldent get in are team bobby mane mo diaz jota
City signed Robinho, what's the difference? Think about it
Hahaha 😋
4:30 Remember once upon a time Stoke City has the most number of players with a champions league medal in premier league that season (8 I think)...but yes Coutinho is a better choice
For me as a united fan we need tchouameni
Would love Origi to stay at Liverpool, but as a Liverpool fan I would wish him all the best in any future moves
Origi has such a unique reputation I've never seen anything like it, basically the most valuable sub in the league, maybe even in Europe. And not because of how many he scores but the power of his clutch. Would be such a shame to see him go, man's a legend and he only scores 5 a season. None the less an absolute Liverpool legend
I would go for Eden Hazard at Newcastle, and Eriksen at Tottenham
Hopefully hazard revives his career
don't want Eden hazard, Newcastle don't need aging egos. we are after Diaby, Bendiashile, Paqueta
Darwin Nunez would be great and Renato Sanchez
18:39 Rory sounds like he’s seen a ghost 🤣
I don’t want Newcastle to go anywhere near Toney
I 100% agree with paul youri tielemans is a proper player, theres a lot of positions that need filling at united like a 6 and a centre half but tielemans is the one I would want the most
The only reason liecester have been a shambuls at the back is because we have had about 2 defenders for most of the season
We need a winger not a defender
08:55
Joe: How are you affording him
Raury: Oh don’t worry about that stuff.
I would love Bellingham and Bissouma as replacements for Ox and Milner...i know its a little unrealistic
As a Brighton fan I hope Bissouma has success when he leaves and Liverpool would certainly give him that
@@oggabob spurs
Jude Bellingham and Rice 💙💙💙💙
i think liverpool should sign nkunku he is having a brilliant season and he would be a perfect signing for us
At this point adding another top class attacker to Liverpool's team would probably not even help anymore. They already have the most elite attack in the league, why would they spend big money on another attacker?
@@ASevBVB09 hes a midfielder too you know…

Newcastle should get lucas paqueta from lyon
Lukaku at West Ham would fit perfectly

Ivan Toney would be a great forward for either Arsenal or Utd. 3rd best in the league for aerial duels won. Extremely good at pressing and with better supply could easily get 20 goals a season
“that’s about 200 million”
“they’ll find that down back of the couch”

To be fair he wouldn’t even cost 200 million right now. 80-100 they’d get him for now I thin considering his age and that he hasn’t really set the world alight the past couple years
@@craigjohnson9605 that’s what i was thinking. he’s not gonna be more expensive than when he moved from barca
Eriksen coming back so we got a cam sorted. maybe bastoni or de vrij or pau torres as a new left sided cb. we need someone like djed spence or kyle walker peters that offers both defensive and attacking support
@@User-ei7eo that is very true but i feel like kane is the only playmaker in the spurs side. son or kulusevski shouldn't have to rely on their forward for attacking support plus kane needs to be up for crosses
Unfortunately for Brighton, Origi is going to AC Milan and I think Nunez is coming to Anfield, he definitely passed his audition unlike the other striker who we have been linked with Martinez
Nunez ain’t going to liver
Relegation battle? Villa are on 37 points. 40 has usually been seen as a guarantee of safety. With 2 games in hand they more likely to end up in the top 10 than bottom 3.
Villa would have to lose very game to go down and they have Norwich at home next. On average you only need 35 points to be safe
Jude Bellingham to Liverpool will be a better signing than Erling Haaland to Man City if it happens
I can tell you what, Tchouameni would be an even better signing. And a less expensive one, that fits the club project perfectly.

Am I the only person that thinks Tielemans isn’t all that. He can’t defend and isn’t very mobile. He’s a great passer which United need, but Leicester’s midfield has been run through every game this season.
as a newcastle fan and as much as i would obviously love neymar 😂, i think matt targett on a permanent deal is more crucial
Arsenal should go all out for Núñez.
Great guests and both make good arguments
City have adapted to okay differently every season I think they’ll find a way to fit haaland in
They definitely will and if anything it adds options whether he wants a false 9 with Foden or something or go for a 9 with Haaland
Liverpool transition
- Konrad liemner- Henderson
- Kalvin Phillips- Thiago
- Carlos soler/asensio - Oxlade, minamino
150m for 1 player a "bargain" 🤣 I would pay that for prime Messi, not Declan rice
As a Spurs fan we need a replacement for eriksen still and full back wise we are alright. It’s weird to say but since Doherty’s injury we’ve been a lot worse so we need a set piece specialist or someone that can play the balls like eriksen used to be able to. So I would prefer dybala over lamptey.
Love this, Rory & Mach!
16:01 As a bvb fan this frame is pure pain
As a Newcastle fan we don’t want Toney within a 50 mile radius of our club thank you though.
Eddie Howe has talked extensively about attracting the right characters to the club, and these boys think we should sign Toney.
These lot are worse than TalkSport pundits.

Who are Newcastle looking at this summer
Any team outside the Top 4 who needs a striker should be looking at Alfredo Morelos from Rangers. In Premier League terms he’s pocket change at around £20-25m, he’s combative (and has cleaned up his earlier discipline issues), holds the ball up well, creates chances, has years of European experience, he’s 6th all time top goal scorer in the Europa League and the experience of playing under pressure for a big club. It’s a no brainer.

We'll have to buy a goalkeeper as well at some point, sooner rather than later, but it isn't as important as those other positions.
100% we need player at CM, ST and a versatile defender that can play across the backline
