Hey Frank, thanks again for checking on Northcott loop and well point I appreciate it .. our house is being built on the very corner in the backside by the fence area. It’s a designer home. Thanks again, Joe.
Interesting new design. I like the new driveway so you have less grass to worry about. The grass is terrible anyway and is prone to bugs which leads to more expense and possible fines. Plus you get two lanais. I would rather have a prison 6 blocks away than a neighbor with a barking dog, which seems to happen more often. Glorious video, Frank! Thanks
Wow kinda like a tunnel very long not sure it’s for me Frank. I guess I’d have to see it already… I think they get more houses on the road packing them in and cheaper for developers. Cheaper utilities and road ways.. you gotta be kidding me next to power lines too and pen these builders are so greedy
They can redesign the outside, but open concept leaves little room for variety. They all pretty much look the same, some larger. You drive down the street and see a bunch of garages. The ones that are nice are the older ones that have been somewhat customized. I’ll take any one of them.
@@retiringtothevillagesflori197 I was at an open house a few weeks ago and the Sales Agent talked about them coming soon, and these look a lot like what he discussed. Thanks for the updates!
The Villages is famous for hidden front doors, there is, but it’s more to the side depending on the model. Some of those models do you have a front door that you have to walk to. So it’s a mixture. But these garden villas remind me more of courtyard villas. These types of homes just don’t have a front door. That’s usually front and center like most traditional homes.
Wow, I can tell you already that you couldn’t pay me to live in one of those new plans off of Denise Dr. Talk about ugly houses, then factor in the federal prison across the road which is a huge place. Oh my what is the villages doing?
Interesting design. Works well on corner lot. It will be interesting to see the floor plans when they release them.
Yes, they’re pretty different from what we’ve seen.

That’s very cool!
Happy New Year Frank & Susan. Make it a great one. Thanks for the video.
Happy new year!
Thanks for showing us. I knew they were different
You're welcome! I know, right?

Thanks! I agree with you on the grass, lol, less is better

Yep
Great Video Frank! I agree with the power lines, I don't want to see the power grid.
You and me both!

I agree, the older ones seem to have a little more charm.
I think these are the new Garden Villas I heard about.
Oh ok.. first time hearing that! Thanks

They are called Garden Villas
Thanks for the info.. i recently heard that too
Curb appeal seems to be lacking on the new designs. No front door? Just a garage and a small window? I don’t get it. Am I missing something?

Will these homes have fencing on all sides, could these be new Veranda styles?
You know I have wondered that as well, so far I’m not seeing the dividing fences
They are called Garden Villas
Power grid aside the federal facility is well hidden and if someone did successfully escape they wouldn’t be hanging out for a driveway party
Thats true, there have been two escapes do far and both caught.

Bill and boat loads of houses for sure.

Another 1st… you always seem a few days ahead of everyone else
I try!! Thanks for watching!
Some of the newer ones are godawful
Thanks for watching!
The power grid is worse than a locked prison behind the trees...lol
At least its hidden for sure!
