  • Hello my Friends! 🌹✨🌹 This pattern emerged from my experiments and explorations of twisted cane. The design always reminds reminds me of marbled paper…so I did an image search and Wow! The colors and designs are both amazing and inspiring! (Marbled paper has come a long way from the patterns I would see in old books as a child!😂)
This technique is fun, exciting and easy to follow! …In fact, any type of cane will work for this design and give you a beautiful and unique marbled pattern that will keep your eyes mesmerized for hours! 💫 Also perfect for using up any extra cane you might have piling up!😂✨✨
I hope you all enjoy this magical Marbled Twist on twisted cane!
✨✨Be safe & Cheers to you all - Robin 🌈💫🌹

Love your work and have been learning a lot from you. Thanks so much for the videos. I think you are running a carlisle mini cc torch? And are you using oxygen or a concentrator? If a concentrator, then do you know the lpm? I'm sorry for all the questions and I have looked through your videos but I can't seem to find any on your set up and wanting to set my own up in the near future 😉 Thanks for you time and the joy you bring 😊

Hi Sarah! 🤗✨ Glad you are enjoying the demos! 🌹 You were close!…I am working with a Carlisle Hellcat. It’s the big version of the mini cc. I also use oxygen tanks because I need more pressure to run this torch properly….like 20 psi. 😃 I definitely prefer the oxygen tanks over the concentrators. But if you are not in a position to deal with the tanks then a concentrator is the next best thing!✨✨ I’m excited for you to get set up to flamework!!😆✨✨🌹🌹 Yea!!! Thanks for your comment and questions!!…I’m here for you!💫 Cheers- Robin🌈👋🏽

Robin another really fun bead. So glad you continue to inspire us. Have also started to do all my beads in the middle. What bead release do you use. You seem able to get edges to behave without any bead release flaking tiny bits. And do you do two coats? Been doing your milky dots and loving results. By turning end to end the mandrel able to line up dots better with each bead. Thanks for each and every one of your amazing videos.

Hi Vicki! 🤗🌹 Thanks so much!! I buy the 16 oz. Foster Fire Smooth & Tuff bead release. This is the best release I have ever used! Just one coating and the mixture is on the thick side. However, the bead release still cracks on me from time to time…but it is by far the best I’ve used. I can be a bit heavy handed with the glass sometimes 😅
I’m glad that working in the middle has helped you! I love being able to turn the mandrel around..it helps me with dot placement as well! 🤗✨🌹 Thanks again for your question and lovely comment!
Hope you are having a great day! Cheers- Robin 👋🏽🌈✨

I could not find the comment where you got the Norton Mega. But how cool is that! I’m so excited for you to use it.😃 you are correct, though… A concentrator does not work for the big torches especially if you’re looking for more psi…. I’ll run mine at about 20 psi, which is probably too much but I like the pressure. 😂. Congratulations again on a spectacular Christmas gift!!
      Cheers to you- Robin 🌈🌹

Love this cane! Will definitely try it.
I have two questions, what size is the marble mold that you use so frequently and what is your favorite bead release?
Thank you for all your wonderful videos.

Hi Leslie! 🤗✨ I’m so glad you enjoyed this…I think it looks so beautiful with any colors of cane! 😃
I am using a 1 1/4 inch marble mold. I was just trying to look for it online but I can’t seem to find the exact one that I have. It was 20 years ago when I got it! 😂 But I do see others that are the same size…just a little different look. And my favorite bead release is Foster Fire Smooth and Tuff formula. It is by far the best I have tried! 🌹✨ Thanks so much for asking! Hope you are doing well!!
Cheers my friend - Robin 🌈✨🌹

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful tutorials ❤ Its like christmas everytime you have a new video and you have taught me so much :) I have a question...I dont have a punty, can I use a mandrel or something else to twist it?

Hello Kristina! 😃✨ Yea! I’m so glad you are enjoying the demos!🌹 All of my punty rods are just old mandrels….I recently bought some punty rods with wooden handles but that is not necessary. Any stainless steel rod will work fine! 😃🌹 Great question and thanks for asking!
Have a lovely weekend! Cheers- Robin 🌈✨🌹

Question what do you use for your oxygen and gas? Do you have a for each? Or a condenser for oxygen.
    Thank you for your time

Hi Jo! 👋🏽😃✨ I Work on a Carlisle Hellcat torch, so I use an oxygen tank and a propane tank. I have tried using an oxygen concentrator once to run my smaller torches but didn’t like the low pressure. However, many flameworkers use them successfully! ✨
Thanks so much for asking! Cheers- Robin 🌈🌹🌹

Hello H2O! 😃✨ Most of the time i am using 104 soft glass. I do have a short playlist entitled ‘adventures in boroland’ where I play with Boro. …but I am certainly no master at it! 😂👋🏽
