My new Palmetto State Armory (PSA) Dagger compact in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) came in yesterday and I was excited to try it out. The Dagger is a Glock 19 generation 3 clone and is an excellent value. This video shows my first outing and reinforces the need to practice! I intentionally left out music, except for the the intro. The outdoor sounds and other noises seemed to fit and make this video unique. Thanks for watching and God Bless!

Ahhh yes paper plates. The og targets lol. I remember learning that trick young at the hunting club. Steel and adhesive targets are nice but a paper plate works so well if it’s all ya got

Nice video and thank you for posting. I also have the PSA dagger and I fired it for the first time a couple of days ago and I really enjoy it, it feels great. I like this video because you said everything without saying anything at all, great work.

I've had so many problems with that particular ammunition. I've had failures with it even in Glocks and CZ's.

Joseph, thank you! It’s a Fieldline Pro Series Deluxe Range Bag from Walmart. I looking at it in the sporting goods section and finally decided to buy it. It could be a tad bigger… but likely need to clean it out. Appreciate the comments and thanks for watching!

Curious? Does it shoot as smooth as a glock 19
Honestly, I can’t say for sure against the 19. It is smooth. The Dagger feels a bit heavier than my Glock 34 which is surprising, but their not the same size. Hopefully someone who has shot both the 19 and the Dagger side by side can help answer your question. Thanks for the question and watching!

Got the same combo my slide is a touch different. I have 1 question. Was the mag release a touch to stiff? For some reason mine is
I too find the mag release is on the stiff side. I read some replace it with an OEM Gen 3 Glock mag release. Unsure if this corrects it or not. Thanks for watching!

I think so! I’d love to have a Glock 19 since it’s well… a Glock, but the Dagger is essentially the same thing and cost quite a bit less. My purpose for purchasing was its a cheaper gun to take traveling and it’s compatible with Glock mags. After getting the combo deal from their website: gun, gun rug, and 10 mags for $350, the gun was only about $220. Thanks for watching!

PSA dose a sorry job of putting these guns out there for people to buy them I looked for one for months until I just gave up if they would let gun dealers sell them instead of having people order them from the company then pay a gun dealer to receive them it would be a lot better

@@charlesdean640 cuz gun stores were buying them up and selling them for $500 500 plus and PSA found out about that and told him that they would sell them to him at a little bit of a lower price but you couldn't upsell that much they will literally like an 80% profit they were trying to make and PSA caught wind of it cuz when they first dropped the dagger they were selling out so fast because the gun stores were purchasing them

@@thelaurelthicket5168 yeah only if you have the slide lock to the rear you can put 16 rounds in the PMAG that way you have one in the head and 15 in the mag they designed it deliberately that way but they never really told anybody
