Oh my god, this bike is looking so good 😍 that seat, the graphics screaming that 90’ vibe. I really miss that colorful bikes, and I always go with retro style on my bikes! I recently rebuild a ktm 150 sx from 2009. Spend a lot of money to back to OEM condition but I’m nowhere near that RM :( Great work!!
Bad-ass build Jimmy.....love it. The 92 is such an iconic bike that I built one myself. Still working kinks out. I got a bog about 1/3 throttle that I can't figure out. Hoping new reeds will help. Great job!
Man you straight up killed it. I love the 92 and 2000 years both. This bike could not have turned out better. Also I made contact with your vapor blasting guy and am hoping to send him some parts very soon from my 2000 yz 125. Thanks for the response in your other videos you have inspired my own build.
Thanks. The 99 and the 2000 models are of their own. Parts are pretty difficult to find. But from the beginning, I knew that I wanted it to look like an early 90s bike.
That bike is so sick! I nevere saw white shrouds for the 96 - 98 RM. I wonder if you got those from where I got my brand new purple ones and graphics from. They were pricey but when I find a 96 RM 125 those are going on them
Hi there. Unfortunately there's not one. Everything for the 99/00 model has to be purchased separately. I was able to find most all the oem bearings were still available. I also had to send the crank to be rebuilt.
I almost always use RM ATV MC for any OEM seals and bearings. Check their oem parts selection. If you don't find it there then start plugging in the part number on eBay.

Thanks. The 90s OEM graphics were so cool. No one ever changed them.

Best looking rm , prob better than troy bikes
Thanks. Definitely one of my favorites.
I’m doing the same build now any links on the water pump set up
I was able to source most parts for the water pump on oem supplier websites and ebay.
The blue and yellow frame bikes look better than the black frame bikes
I love the blue and yellow. The new Suzuki's have brought it back too!
Sharp bike. Im building a 1998 RM 125 currently. And no its not black😂
Haha!! Good to hear! 98s are great too!
I’m restoring a 2000 rm 125 as well do you know where to find a full rebuild kit?

Jimmy would you happen to know where to get a mechanical seal for a 1985 RM 125?
I almost always use RM ATV MC for any OEM seals and bearings. Check their oem parts selection. If you don't find it there then start plugging in the part number on eBay.
What axle blocks did you use ?
Mx bonz. They sell on eBay and I think they have a website as well.
Where did you get the white radiator shrouds
Extremely hard to find. Searched for many months and was lucky enough to come across a NOS set from an individual in the UK.
Where have you buy the graphicsss
Decal Works
I can not Find that set
@@flyingnigel0453 it was a custom set. They don't sell this individually
Does anyone know where I can get that seat cover
Ebay. However this seat cover was designed for a 92 seat. It was a BEAR to make it work for this 2000 seat shape. I gave up 20 times!! LOL.
Hello do you look sell any of your builds ?
Yes. Most of them I sell after they are finished. Some will go on display at SX, after those finish their rounds I'll sell at that point.
Why don't you ever start the bikes lol
I start them in other videos. These videos are just a walk around of what was involved in the build.
i am building a 1994 rm 125
Good luck on the build. I plan on doing another RM125 very soon too.
