I have:
- blackheads
- acne scars
- one BIG acne scar
- uneven skin tone
- and deep (starting to blackened) eye circles
idk where to start 😐
Maybe try using an aha/bha toner and cleanser every night or use a retinoid/retinol.
I had the exact same thing as u.
You can follow my advice if u want:
-accutane
-sebamed face and body wash
I've been acne free since. Accutane also took away my hyperpigmentation. Good luck
Ps: once i finished my course of accutane i added a good multivitamin for women which within 1 week removed my dark circles and evened my skin tone. Also avoid weird and exotic seafood it can cause strange skin issues , if u like

find the good cleanser (the body shop charcoal cleanser, matcha hemp cleanser, or any cleanser that suitable for your skin), toner with salicylic acid, clay mask everday aaaand dont forget to keep your skin moisturize, also exfoliate once a week.

Use products with niacinamide and exfoliate with glycolic and lactic acid. Also vitamin C helped me

my skin is naturally oily especially around my pores- should i still use cleansing oil?
yes, it can help decrease oiliness. in chemistry, there is this concept that like dissolves like. oil dissolves oil and water dissolves water. that’s why we use oil cleansers as they break down sebum (the oil in your skin) and allow dirt trapped in your pores beneath that sebum to come out and be cleansed.

I personally use the iunik calendula one and I have oily skin (I haven’t broken out)

What about with acne prone skin? Is it good enough to use scrub?? I mean for who have oily ,sensitive and acne prone skin with enlarge pores(like me).
We don’t recommend scrubs for acne prone skin types. Instead we recommend you a toner with chemical exfoliating ingredients. But please do not use it when you have some skin wounds(i.e. after acne extraction) Don’t forget your acne patch after extraction!

How many times a week should I scrub?? And also do I have to oil cleanse in the morning or is it enough to only do it at night? 😊
We recommend you to leave the scrub for 5-10 minutes like a mask pack before rubbing it. Massage the areas in need while washing it off. We recommend using oil cleanser in the afternoon rather than in the morning as it can cause skin damage because of the friction it creates when you are rubbing it with your hand.

Hi, @sirène. Cleansing your face with cleansing oil or foam should be done every day. But if you have oily skin or acne-prone skin, you don't need to use oil every day. Just adjust your skincare routine as your skin type. (Like morning: cleansing foam, night: cleansing oil & foam) But, if you mean wash off mask or scrub, yes, 2-3 times a week is okay. Thank you :)
