Since we don't know what kinds of product you are using(like if it's for massage or exfoliation), we can't answer that. If you think if it's for just massaging, doing exfoliation once a week will be helpful.

Please don’t do scrubs, it can creat micro-tears into your skin!! Please only recommend gentle powder, and soft exfoliating pads.
only some scrubs tear your skin. you can use the gentle creamy or jelly scrubs, and it will be fine!
