Happy Mother's Day Kirk! I'd like to see heavy duty with fabric softenr with a full load of colors.
My hubby just bought this washer and set it up. This is the most annoying washer I've ever had in my life. So loud and it sounds like a nuclear reactor going off. We just moved into a small one level house and there's no escaping the sound. Great video, although I'm sending this washer back tomorrow.

@Mark-OutWest Imagine commenting on a post from a year ago. 😂 Not every washer sounds like this one and we gave it someone who could put it in a basement. Our new one is much better and you hardly ever notice it's on.

Does it shakes and vibrates really bad? Mine shakes real bad, I was wondering if its this model or something is wrong with mine.

Thanks for this video. I have always had agitator washers and this machine doesn't start right away, it makes clicks (locking) and the motor starts and stops as it senses the clothes and water level and finally starts washing. At first I thought there was something wrong with mine when I first got it, and the Whirlpool telephone rep only complicated things when she was not familiar with the product, had me press the Faucet button to start the machine (it didn't, just kept adding water) and said they need to send service out to diagnose it and it may be defective. It wasn't, and after finding this video it behaves the way the video shows it behaving, very unlike the agitator machines I am use to. Hopefully this will let others know too that there is nothing wrong with the machine, it just takes a long time to go through all it's cycles before it will actually start washing.
did yours struggle on the spin cycle? mine like shakes violently and will stop spinning
i just bought this same washer and just like you said, i’m used to agitator washers too. i got scared at first that something was wrong but i’m glad that there’s nothing wrong with it. however, i’m used to. watching the water fill up and lifting the lid while it’s washing but I can’t do that with this one. just gonna have to get used to this i guess but glad i found this video👍🏽

I usually put one cup on the bottom then add clothes and put one on top but that's in a regular washer. I'm trying to do this one with the lid open while water is running but mine locks right away
How do you wash with lid open? I need to add soap but lid won’t open. So frustrating!

If you haven't figured out a solution yet we use Downy balls. Just toss in with your detergent and done

Hello. We just bought this machine brand new, we use it and it doesn't rinse completely, and when it spins to dry it makes the machine move forward. What are we doing wrong?

It's not hard buddy Just duplicate the lock latch on the lid. or you can take the latch off two screws and just insert it tape it down
How do you do the fabric softener? It has no dispenser, but it has a button.

Maybe how about some Dirty Towels on that Cycle, as then they can get some good cleaning with Extra Rinse then, like you’d do on the Dirty Jeans test? 😀
Heck, there’s a Jeans Cycle as well & maybe we could do some Dirty Jeans on that Cycle with Extra Rinse, plus maybe even Deep Fill on the 2 Cycles can get them a whole lot clean, like you’d see with the Dirty Jeans test on the Maytag MVWB865GW! 😀

cruddy locking system that breaks...
mine is trying to lock - the clicking again (failing to lock) and going straight to "done". Maybe right at a year old - warranty period, BUT we moved and I wouldn't be able to find paper work if I tried...
@Kirk Rivas, here are my requests on this machine: Delicate Cycle, Cold water, sweatshirts, detergent, Deep rinse.
Bulky Cycle with 4 sheets and 2 blankets mixed together, warm wash, soap, Deep Water, Fabric Softener.
Quick Wash with 3 shirts, soap, cold wash, Deep rinse.
Normal Cycle with a half load of shirts, cold wash, soap, extra rinse.
Heavy Duty with Jeans and shirts, soap, deep rinse, cold wash, Deep Water.
Heavy Duty Cycle with towels and sheets, warm wash, fabric softener, soap, Deep wash.
I want all of them in premiers.
Can we have Extra Rinse on all of your requests there please?

Since it don’t have no dispenser, just use soap with deep rinse.

The Live Stream slightly cuts part of the Main Wash out at 1:10:20 due to a Live Stream malfunction. 😕
How do you reset it if it won't wash again? Had lights turn off because of storm, breakers are good, yet the washer won't wash anymore.

I just got this machine and it’s unclear to me if it has an actual rinse cycle? It seems to wash clothes, drain and spin but no additional rinse cycle. I am unable to add fabric softener, am I doing something wrong?
My covers are still completely wet like soaked after the full wash and rinse cycle idk what to do smh I tried bulky and heavy duty even drain and spin
and just press pause after third light n add your softener then start it back

Like soon as the cycle is finished I just let it go threw drain and spin again
And also my load will get stuck in the middle of it washing if it's too much clothes or water the sensor will act up when this happens remove a few items it will get back on track

Couldn't agree more. I started a load at 3.30 it's now 6.20. It's emptied 4 times after being in the soak cycle only shame on home depo for selling this.
