I will NOT provide download links for OST. Please do not ask for links. I ripped the OST myself and the only reason why I uploaded it to YT is because I'm very stingy about audio quality.
This game is very story heavy and there are over 50 cutscene related music and another 50+ for DLC tracks. If people could point out where any specific music appears in game so I can label these better than "Cutscene X" I would greatly appreciate the help.
When a more complete soundtrack is out I will update to the final names but for now these will suffice.

One thing I noticed at the end of the Abyss Rift is that there's a glowing blue section of the wall in the shape of a door. Clearly the door to the Sephiroth. Perhaps Alphen and co fought the three monsters here just before Luke's party showed up (after fighting the God Generals). Although whether this actually Auldrant or just a strange facsimile of it is unclear...
@@VaatiOfDarkness Fun fact: The three monsters elements correspond to Arietta, Legretta and Largo main elements with darkness, lightning and Fire. And given other bosses are a reference of some sorts to the original game, being 3 with those exact elements is no coincidence.
@@Esalok THAT FIGHT WAS INFURIATING, I was so so sure I was gonna die. Sure made the singular Phantom Flower boss look like a cakewalk in comparison though.
I didn't know it corresponded to those three characters, how cool! (I should really sit down and beat the damn game one of these days...)

But alphen and co defeated them thats why Luke's party didn't encountered them
Abyss is a snow world; makes sense the music fits the atmosphere of winter and Christmas.
So many events come flooding back, the fight against Arietta, Legretta and Largo, and the pendant belonging to a certain Badaq Oakley to commemorate the birth of his daughter Meryl...
Just got to this part of the game and gave me a huge blast from the past. Reminded me of playing Abyss, Symphonia and Legendia for the first time as a kid 🎶
I like this theme but would be epic if it was zao ruins...
Any zao ruins fan here?
Zao Ruins is definitely cool! The location of one of my favorite God-General fights. There's just something about Mt. Roneal, though. Maybe it's the atmosphere, but I've just always loved it as a location in Abyss.

the only song that i love in this game... i prefer listening other ost from other tales, for example vesperia or berseria.
Hmmm, The Edge of a Decision, which is the battle theme for this rift, doesn't seem to be up?
