once I came to Singapore from Rome to connect on a flight to Australia. It was 3 am and most tour videos I've seen really don't seem to convey how huge Singapore airport is. Like, it's a city in itself. A very nice worker offered me and my mom a ride on a golf car to get us to the next gate which was really really far away. And that was in 2013, so knowing the airport has expanded so much, that's really crazy
Had a layover at 🇸🇬 Changi Airport during our flight back to the 🇵🇭 Philippines from Indonesia 🇮🇩 the jewel was the highlight and seeing the movement on the ramp with the different airplanes
Hey, thanks for sharing about your layover experience at Changi Airport! We totally feel you - the Jewel is definitely one of the highlights there, and there's so much to see and do. We were also mesmerized by the same thing - it's such a busy and vibrant hub! Have you had a chance to explore other areas of Singapore? It's such a fascinating place to visit with lots of culture and history. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and sharing about your travels - we really appreciate it!
What is often left out is that you can find reasonably-priced food in Changi airport, way cheaper than other third-world airports with food outlets charging exhorbitantly in USD.
My flight will land at terminal 2 and another connecting flight(different company) will take of in 8 hours from terminal 4 will i require in transit visa?
I believe it has a butterfly park as well. So 1) can I explore this airport on arrival or departure? 2) How much time do I need to explore the entire airport? 3) Any place to stay at the airport? I think when I am planning my Singapore trip, I should keep a big chunk of time for Changi.
I'm late but 1. You can explore Changi both before arrival and departure, heck even when you dont have a flight you can still go in 2. A day maybe if you wanna chill and eat while exploring, half a day if you wanna rush and just take quick pics 3. There is a hotel right in Changi and more outside close to it Hope that helps!
@@tgburn6984 No doubt about it. I can spend a whole day or even a whole week at Changi Airport. If only every airports here in Canada can be as good as Changi airport. Vancouver Airport is the only airport in Canada that looks amazing.

Yes but he was mostly focusing on the niche parts of the airport that not most people know about so... Whats your point
@@judithislostHey can I tour the airport on arrival (no transit) or can i only do it before departure?
@@judithislosthe can’t fit that in the vid
Yes Changi Airport is the best! ❤️❤️
so good!!
Hey guys. Doha and Changi airport is the best!
Love Singapore, clean even the Subway, platforms are closed; once the train arrives, the door of the platform opens; passengers exit & enter
Can’t wait to go next month!!! 🇸🇬🇸🇬🇸🇬

im going next year, can’t wait
I went to Singapore with my family in 2018 and the changi airport is like an amusement park
Explore T2, it’s just re-open on 1st Nov 2023 🎉
I'm heading back to Changi in a few weeks

Yes, we always buy a beer from the 7/11 at Changi and then we go find a seat and then we don't drink our beer, promise 😉
😇
I am going to register for a priority pass. I am planning to go to singapore from New York this summer. I was wondering which lounge is that?
Yeah✌🏼Yeah✌🏼 Singapore🇸🇬 the Best🤨 Welcome to Singapore🇸🇬👋🏼
I ever go there
My flight will land at terminal 2 and another connecting flight(different company) will take of in 8 hours from terminal 4 will i require in transit visa?
FYI- Convenience stores are prohibited to sell alcohol between 10.30pm to 7.am. And no drinking of alcohol in public areas during that period too.

Yes there is a few hotels in Changi Airport. At least a full day to explore 4 terminal esp Jewel lots of happening
I love my home country ❤
It really is a great airport
Hi there! I’m a priority pass holder and my flight will leave from T1 of Changi Airport. How do I access this lounge?
Cool secrets.
this vid just popped up... very thorough vid. 👍 but why named Yellow Productions?
bro are live for 2 weeks only in Changi airport?
How do I get a priority pass?
Wow!!!!!🤯🤯
I will be transit in singapore airport for 22 hours, can you explain me how to find this good lounge?
We were just there - all noted for next time!
The best spot is the movie theater.
So your videos are coming to me 6 hrs after the fact. I just so happened to be on TH-cam earlier. 🤔
So you can't drink in the airport? But why do they sell the beer then?
it’s technically illegal but no one will bother you while you’re having a cold one ;)
@@nathan-ls8ywYou can, its not illegal
@@LurpakSpreadableButter i’m talking about the alchol sales timing restrictions :/ one of the things i don’t miss about singapore
What restaurant?
Bruh you know more about Changi Airport thanme! And I'm Singaporean!
I was born in singapore
You can’t drink at the airport ?
damn it, didn’t know they had 24hrs 7-11? i arrived at 1am and had to sleep in the airport because my check-in to my hotel was later that day.
I’m in Changi airport as I’m adding this comment
So awesome
I beg to differ. Incheon Airport in South Korea gives it a good run for its money.
I’ve never been to jewel. I was in Singapore in 9 years ago
Its crazy that 50 years ago Singapore is just a small piece of land
I’m in 🇸🇬
“You definitely shouldn’t drink inside of the airport”
That’s literally all I do at the airport
🇸🇬
hehe that asahi
Why do they see a ETIOH AND CAN'T DRINK IN AIRPORT. And what are you drinking?
Can we take the alcohol on our next flight
Drinking beer where you shouldn't? Australia has left it's mark on you!
I dunno…. Luton is pretty good
They said terminal 4 is the best.
Recently, Changi airport lost its title as best airport in the world.
That title has been given to Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar.
Changi airport is still better
@@tgburn6984 No doubt about it. I can spend a whole day or even a whole week at Changi Airport.

Changi has regained the title just 2 weeks ago. Google it.😄🇸🇬🥰
Don't talk about the secret beer area.
Don't talk about the secret beer area.
Changi
It is pronounced cha ngi
Not Chang gi
Haha yes best but no problem 😉😄😄
Why sell the beer, if you're "not supposed to drink it in the airport". Lol
Elon musk😅
Bruh.. not anymore, wheir toilet is damn very dirty.
But it's still just an airport, an essentially soulless place you just pass through while going somewhere else.
LAX is arguably the best airport in the world in terms of lounges and connection experience.

@@tgburn6984 nope! Poor lounges and connection experience. I’m sorry but I have to clear security at the gate? Gimme a break!
