In 2018 I purchased a 17' travel trailer and although the features were nice, I really didn't use most of them. The size of the trailer didn't allow it to fit in my garage and finding fully serviced campsites was often difficult. In retrospect, a trailer like this would have been a much better choice for my wife and I.
Very nice trailer and nicely set up. Does rainwater settle on top of your awning to the point where it gets really heavy? Do you need to drain the top occasionally?
Sorry I thought I answered this comment earlier. If it rains lots I set one corner shorter than the other so that the rain pours off the awning on its own. This works very well.

Yes with this tiny trailer we can get nice sites because we fit on tent spots. We are very happy with it. 😊
